I called and spoke to the owner twice and even sent a contact request online explaining the issue and he would not set me up an appointment. Initial answer was....."call the county" and I didn't need the county because it was not a failed system.I was not blaming him just needed to know how to fix the system. I was not important enough as a repair and got the cold shoulder. I called another company on Monday, they sent someone on Tuesday who diagnosed the issue which was a crushed pipe and we fixed it. The part was under warranty, but we were charged $321 for labor. Three months later, the same part cracked again -- likely due to installation issues -- and they're requesting another $321. The technician was kind and professional, but management was dismissive. When I asked about a labor discount or warranty on their work, the owner told me, "No ma'am, I can't just give you what you want." After my review, the company claimed they hadn't installed our unit, which isn't accurate -- they did the installation. I was never told that using manufacturer warranty parts would void any labor guarantee. Poor communication and no accountability. My concern has never been about getting something for free -- it's about the repeated failure of the same part and the lack of accountability when it happened again.
