The technician was kind and professional, but management was dismissive. When I asked about a labor discount or warranty on their work, the owner told me, "No ma'am, I can't just give you what you want." After my review, the company claimed they hadn't installed our unit, which isn't accurate -- they did the installation. I was never told that using manufacturer warranty parts would void any labor guarantee. Poor communication and no accountability.
