For the second time since owning my home, I contacted Branche Grading and Drainwork for necessary…read morerepairs to my septic system (at the recommendation of AAA Septic). Branche Grading discovered several locations where the original septic drain lines were obviously crushed during backfill following initial installation. Because there has never been more than two people living in the home, this damage was not initially obvious, but showed itself over time. Branche personnel came out, identified the problems, and convinced the county inspector that repairs to the lines were a more sensible and cost effective way to approach the situation. As a result, Branche personnel fixed the broken drain lines in a manner that the Henderson County inspector approved for less than 1/10 the price of installing a new septic field in the back-up location. Great work at a great price. Hard to beat that these days.

He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was so thorough he spotted a couple of issues that were causing problems (and an elevated water bill)! At no extra charge he inspected the other toilet and the plumbing under my mobile home; all in a timely and thorough manner. Speaking of charges, while I'm no expert, I consider the bill fair and reasonable. Sgt. Patty has just returned from deployment to the middle-east through the National Guard. He was recently named Soldier-of-the-Year of his battalion. My late husband was a Korea vet, medically retired, and I am a Vietnam era vet so I want to thank Sgt. Patty S. for his service as well as Faith Mountain Plumbing for supporting our troops.

When Josh first came over…read moreto hear what we wanted, he said they could do exactly that, but then proposed a much bigger project that we could not even envision at the time. He turned our very sloped yard into a very useable space with 3 times the amount of flat land and a massive, beautiful patio. The boulder retaining wall across the back yard looks fantastic, another bolder wall next to the house to build up another steep slope and creat a parking pad for us. There was a lot of work to do and the only holdups were due to weather. You can't really move those machines over wet ground without doing more damage than good. Those that did the work or transported the materials were equally amazing. Friendly, informative and pleasant to talk to. They have only been gone for a day and we already miss them. Any future needs for our property will always be sent to Backwoods.

To their credit, they refunded that amount after I brought it to their attention but I think they did it because they were CAUGHT. However, the same technician also quoted me ~$8,000.00 to replace my well pump. I just had it replaced by another company for right at $4,000.00 -- exactly HALF the price. They quoted me DOUBLE what it actually costs. When I reported the overcharge, I was told the technician would be written up. He was only written up because he got CAUGHT. I have no doubt this kind of pricing is widespread across this company. Do NOT use All About Plumbing. I'll also be saving documentation of all of this. Just know that these things get out, and sometimes companies get sued out of business for STEALING from people.
