time to find another courier.........in my mind, if it is your business to deliver packages to an address, and the address is clearly on the package, that is where the package should go. if a person pays for a specialty delivery package, for example one day delivery or two day delivery, those instructions should be followed. the driver who delivers the package should not have the option of leaving the package where he wishes to leave it for his convenience, and his supervisors should not back up his negligence in appropriately delivering the packages in his charge. travis u.p.s. station in staten island, new york apparently have re written corporate rules because they do what they want, when they want and have no bones about telling the consumer to basically kiss their ass. holidays coming so i think it would be a good time to give u.p.s. poor performance workers a message. if your package arrives late, you have the right to request and obtain a refund for the shipping fees. all you have to do is request it from the company, (vendor where you purchased the article), who receives a report if the package was delivered in a timely fashion. if it was not, they refund your monies within two weeks. u.p.s. workers get paid a pretty penny. if i am paying for a service, i naturally expect the service to be completed as requested, no more or no less. read more
