From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. Overall they had the best rates and don't charge extra for the truck or the travel fee (which is actually a fee for the time it takes a moving company to get to your place and then back home after the job is done). They were a bit slow to respond at first, but were very helpful in helping us prep for the move to reduce cost (making sure all is packed, having boxes of similar size stacked together because that's how they move them - by size and not by room designation). And they hustled. The moved ended up taking longer than we anticipated (lots of stairs!) but they ended up charging us less than we thought - they stopped by for lunch on the way to the new place and didn't charge us for that time. I don't believe they're insured, so not sure if I would recommend them if you have a lot of stuff. But they took good care of our IKEA stuff and I will use them again next time we move.
