I thought it would be like a distillery or a brewery. The place looked bright and cozy with a couch and bar stool and tables. I walked to the counter and ordered a flight of Mead. There were so many to choose from. I got a berry flavor, Pear and Peaches, Nutter Fluffer and Monkey Mia. My favorite was mixing the Nutter Fluffer with the monkey which was suggested by one of the guys behind the counter. Drinks were Delicious. They were so refreshing and tasty on a sweltering hot day. I also ordered cheese, meat and crackers which were like an adult lunchable. There were tons of board games, a shuffle board and TV for entertainment. I also saw a popcorn machine too with fresh popcorn for a snack. I really loved the place, the service and the drinks! We bought 2 bottles of Mead to go and will definitely be back.

I liked all the varieties we tried and bought 2 bottles to take home as well. Great space for those who want something different from beer breweries and try some honey based alcohol. There is a small bar with a couple of chairs where you can order a glass or a sample flight of three meads. We husband and I each had the flights. You can pick whatever you'd like to try. For most of their meads, they have a sweet version and a less sweet version. Everything was very delicious and we each picked a bottle to take home. Nice to be able to support a small local business. This is a honey meadery that's family owned. They have plenty of varieties and the owner is usually there to talk to you about the process and how all of the meads he makes came to be. The pricing is fair based on what I've seen other places and can get pricey if you're buying a large bottle. You can choose to buy a bottle, a glass , or a flight of different ones to choose from. The menu is also very easy to understand. I'm not sure if this place is still opened because google indicates it's permanently shut down, but the FB page says it's still open. What is unique about this place the wines aren't considered meads. Meads are made from honey, but they offer wine infused by honey.
