I took my 2019 Hyundai Tucson 4.0 L to 95 Auto Service on 08/30/2026, because my mechanic of 30…read moreyears gave up on trying to fix my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. I found 95 Auto Service through my auto warranty. (Of course, my warranty didn't cover these repairs). It's crazy that my former mechanic of 30 years had replaced the manifold catalytic converter twice - 07/2024 and 05/2025. Of course, the engine light came back on 05/2026. I keep a diagnostic device in my car when I get warnings on my car. Of course, my readings were always P0420. Ephrem with 95 Auto told me that he had the same P0420 reading and said that the car needed another catalytic converter. That makes this the THIRD manifold catalytic converter replacement. Please note that I did a Google search about this issue, and I found that Hyundai Tucson's have issues with their manifold catalytic converters. In any case, after FOUR manifold catalytic converter replacements (yes, I said 4), 95 Auto Service was able to find the root cause as to why I was burning through these converters. Unfortunately, the root cause does not provide a diagnostic code. So, the team at 95 Auto had to go through EVERY component to locate the problem. Happy to say that 95 Auto solved the problem . . . for now - HEYYYY, it's a Hyundai! lol Needless to say, I have reported this to Hyundai Corp. Now I have to get the roof panel repainted but at least Hyundai will cover this.

No one answers the phone or texts when we attempt to contact them to let them know we're there and they know we're there from the security camera over the garage. We waited almost minutes and get no response on our devices or from knocking on the garage door. Meanwhile we noted the tiny note on the window, that they expect customers to drop their car keys in the cheap unlocking mailbox for them to get the car after we leave. No personal greeting or communication, no receipt with what they'll do as part of their "30 point check-up", nothing. We went on our way and had our 2014 Nissan Xterra serviced somewhere else - where they were grateful for our business and threw in the Nitrogen tire fill-up for free. Later there were several texts from someone stating they were on the phone doing business the entire time we were trying to contact them. Well well, what are the chances of that happening that an auto repair business with nothing but rave reviews on YELP is completely incommunicado when new customers arrive and the place is locked up tight, and no one's there to talk to those people either in person, by phone or text? Nothing sadder than complacency in a young business. However they reply here about what a gross misunderstanding that situation was, there's something very wrong with a business that only promotes rave reviews on social media yet fails 100% to appear at their own shop for pre-arranged appointments. I have become a repeat customer, simply because they perform professional mechanical maintenance and services at the top level. My 2010 Lexus had undergone brake replacement/services, timing belt change, suspension replacement, and head gasket replacement (not all at once, over a two-year period). My 2010 Lexus feels practically brand new as if I just drove it out of a Lexus dealership. I have recently turned in my 2017 Lexus vehicle for tire alignment and tire replacement/balancing (my Pohanka Lexus mileage warranty services contract ended). I shared that I had my daughter's car because she was going to be out of town for several days and asked if there was anything they could do. We also wanted a lookover just to see if the old car was worth putting the money into. C&C was great. They said they could do a courtesy inspection if I could leave the car. I did and in less than a week they were able to do all the work necessary by just squeezing me in. The entire staff was great. I think I will begin using them as well. There prices were better than where I had previously taken my cars. Again, they were great and I felt they really bailed out my daughter.
