We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry. When I asked to have him address…read morea rear main seal leak after they did the repair work on my clutch and flywheel with a replacement RMS, I got no support. When I finally got them look at it again, he lied about tightening some fittings and the leak continued. Took it to a different place and they showed me how the seal was installed incorrectly. Cost me allot to have the seal replaced after this work, which fixed the leak as I had asked Ed to do in the first place. They do not stand behind their repairs and avoid calls to address the problem. Completely let down as a long standing customer.

I took it to another shop for a second opinion and the next shop it was at looked at it for five minutes, unplugged the mass airflow sensor and had the car running perfectly fine right after it.... I couldn't imagine if I gave the go ahead for a bent valve repair job and just for these guys to have taken the head off and seen no bent valves!!!! (Who would have paid for the labor then?) But the guys there are nice just need to look into things a little better

I went to Acme for the first time April 1 and Curt (the owner) was the absolute nicest guy -- felt…read morelike I knew him forever, and right when I first started talking to him I could sense the sincerity and integrity of this guy and the place -- one of the cleanest auto and body shop repair places that I have ever been to. To make a long story short, Tires Plus, on 132nd and Maple told me this Ford Escape of my daughter's which I had just spent a bunch of $$ at Tires Plus to put a new AC compressor in and recharge a few weeks ago now needed more work. But, when we tried the AC on warm days and even the day after leaving the place the first time after the repair it was not throwing any cold or even cool air out. When I took it back in, assuming it was under warranty from 3 weeks before, they said it now needed a new evaporator coil. The cost? $1600. I took the car back and took it to Kurt at Acme. He and his mechanics checked out the whole AC system to find out it was only a fuse and now the AC is working great and Acme did that at minimal cost. I will keep bringing my cars to Acme. Thanks Curt and the whole crew at Acme!! Dana Mantini

The employee at Jensen apologized, and said they were completely booked for the day. I called discount tire, got a friendly person on the phone, told me to come on down, may be a wait, but if I get there soon, he says I can get out by noon. Go down to Discount Tire give him my keys, my info and I go home. 11:00 I get a text my car is done. Head back down to Discount Tire, where the young man thanks me for entrusting them to repair my tire, and appreciates my patience. I ask how much do I owe and he says, "No Charge!" I learned something new. Just because a business preaches customer loyalty, promises free tire rotation and repair, don't really appreciate your business. Their saying is just a gimmick. I also realized where I WILL NEVER go to again, to buy tires. Thank you Jensen for letting me know I ain't poop, to you. My girlfriend needs tires soon. I assure you we'll go to Discount Tire. This close to Christmas, on a Friday, so thankful Discount Tire did not turn me away.

The whole process from the time I arrived to me back in my car with a patched nail hole was about 2 hours. A little longer than they quoted me, but I expected this much given I was a walk in and didn't have an appointment. The staff and technicians here were great and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism. Best of all, for a simple tire patch (nail repair) it is free of charge! I will definitely be back for any future tire needs.

Although I had a scheduled appointment for two days later, I was encouraged to come to the store if I was flexible. They called to confirm that all my items were there. The associate was friendly, and the manager informed me that she was still in training. She quickly assisted me with the check-in and paperwork. Given that it was a walk-in appointment, the estimated service time was impressively accurate at 90 minutes. However, I did notice that the bathroom did not have a working soap dispenser. As I was leaving, I realized that she had forgotten to charge me for the alignment, which I pointed out and paid for. However, after driving about five miles away, I noticed that the alignment had not properly centered the steering wheel; it was noticeably off, around the 1:30 position. I returned two days later to have the tires retorqued, and the staff apologized for the alignment issue. They fixed it within 45 minutes, even during a very busy morning.

They quickly made an appointment with me and we went over the issues with my vehicle. They promptly assessed the damage, ordered parts, and fixed my front bumper. They also fixed any cosmetic issues and did an alignment. I'd say my car looks better now than it did before the accident!! They were very friendly and helpful, and always kept in contact with me, updating every step of the way. I was able to pick my car up after hours, which was convenient. I was given an itemized receipt, which showed exactly what they did and what parts were needed. There was a lot of work done but the bill was very reasonable.
