They just removed a mulberry tree near the fence line for us as well as the stump and they did a super job for a very good price. When doing the stump removal, they also ground and took out a large root that extended under the fence into the neighbor's yard so our neighbors are happy, too. They added soil and seed when finished and it really looks quite perfect. During an earlier visit last spring, they trimmed a pyramidal oak, a tri-colored beech, an elm, a prairie fire crabapple, and a seven son's tree. Our sub pump ran all the time (at least once an hour), and once the standing water under the cement was revealed we understood why. We felt suddenly thrown into a crazy renovation show where the contractor called and said, "I need you to come see this" and we were faced with a larger, more expensive job. Steve and Outdoor Oasis worked hard to come up with creative solutions to our drainage issues while trying to stay in budget and give us a beautiful backyard patio. The company was always responsive to our request for services, but this year it has been awful. We made multiple calls for tree trimming. After expressing frustration did get some guys out to our home. They were descent in their job. Have called five times to get a scheduled ash bore treatment. No success. Always get the response with we will be out soon. We cancelled any potential visit in the future (if they even planned on it). We are done. There are many other companies that will contact. Not sure what happened to this company. We will not recommend them to anyone that asks. Last year my neighbor also told me she never got a response after leaving a message.
