I was then answered with a text saying I need to use a different one of their numbers to text to. I used the different number and got a reply. I asked a follow up question and got nothing. Another late fee came into play. This was over a 2 week period. I finally got a reply. I had asked what did they do and when did they do it? Our Ring camera never showed them in our yard. (we have a very large yard) They sent an image of a map with our address with an arrival time of 18:42:39 and an exit time of 18:47:54. Took them less than 6min and they did not show up on our Ring camera? Really? If they did show up - to do our yard they would have had to run. Like a fool I paid their invoice after the 2nd late fee. I didn't want it going any higher. I don't believe they were ever there. They just send invoices and just hope they get payment. I own a local service industry business. Yes, we are on Yelp. We have a 4.5 star review with more than 100 reviews. This will be Stolberg's 2nd review. Way to go guys!

Got an estimate, but it was very general in their record. So I reiterated all the items to be completed. And they said yes all those items are in the bid. So as they were finishing up, I deposited total $$$ in their system. The final task did not get completed. They kept saying yes they'd be there to take care of it; then the manager/owner said he would be there to take care of it. And it still is waiting! I am so frustrated that I believed them.
