They are unprofessional in every way I can think. Their quality of work is horrendous. Their customer service is even worse, and they cannot stick to a schedule if a gun was to their heads. I talked to a guy named Harley on the phone about why it's taking so long to get my yard finished and back to how it was before they worked on the pipe and I was met with remarks like "well that's a pretty stupid question isn't it?" And things like "I'm not gonna keep going back and forth with you" when he was trying to avoid answering my questions. I have no idea how this place is even still in business they way they do things. When I talked to the person at the city why they were hired I was told "unfortunately we have to go with the lowest bidder." I would not let these guys mow my lawn let alone do any real work for me. Consumer beware!!!!!
