The young girl stood there frozen and silent as the owner berated her calling her a liar and threatening to cut off her nails when she didn't have enough money to cover the full service. From what I understood, the difference in what she paid and owed was minimal ($4.00). The owner was so aggressive that I almost got up and left but honestly felt scared. I ended up staying there frozen and in shock. She later tried to vent to me about it when she did my manicure (I was getting a pedicure during the verbal lashing).
