The driveway, which we were initially told would take two weeks, is still not finished *more than a year later.* Every week for eight months they have told us it would be done by the end of the week, or two weeks tops. Every week they come up with an excuse for why they can't finish the job -- everything from family emergencies to stepping on a nail to not having the right equipment and having to wait for it to arrive. The window installation looks unprofessional-- the wood joins aren't level, there's paint on the wood and stain on the paint -- and they left the exterior unfinished, not replacing the siding they cracked and leaving non-pressure treated wood exposed on the exterior of the house -- in Truckee, where it will be covered in snow all winter. On the sides of the driveway, the underlayment is still showing where they haven't replaced the siding, so our poor neighbors have had to live with our "under construction" house for over a year. The worst part is, they pressured me to pay them for much of the work before it was finished. So now they have our money and aren't finishing the job. We feel taken advantage of and helpless to make them finish what we've paid them for.

He replaced my entire old, out-dated​ FPE electrical panel with a new, modern Square D panel. The wiring behind the panel appears organized and the circuit breakers do match the correct amps for the individual gauge wiring per circuit. On another project, he installed conduit from the main panel, to a new sub panel I supplied from the Hot Springs Spa & Sauna shop. He used the proper gauge wiring rated for outdoors with the correct circuit breakers that were specified in the electrical diagram included with my sub panel. His conduit bends are clean and organized which takes time and talent. My only critique, he re-installed existing underground conduit that the previous homeowner had in place for outdoor light switches, outlets and power to a water feature, into the new replacement panel. I noticed that it was indoor romex used in the conduit for that existing project and would have liked him to bring the code violation to my attention as I would have paid him to bring it up to code. Overall, he knows what he's doing and I would recommend him to my family and friends!
