They start the clock the moment your feet go into the foot bath which uses up 5 minutes or so. The foot massage itself was quite good. Good pressure, very relaxing. And I like they have the chairs that are slightly more upright instead of lay flat. Easier on my back. There was no music. Just silence. That's new and unusual to me. As for the massage itself went very well, they understood that I wanted the hot Stone to be part of the session and they just went the extra mile and I am Especially grateful because I've been experiencing some severe discomfort in my neck and for the first time ever in my lower back for a week.
