Clerks usually have a greeter/sorter as you come in, but allow you to browse without any hassles. It's a lot more interesting than its competition Urban Outfitters that is in the same mall.

There is so much to look at, from clothes, shoes and purses to furniture, pillows and mirrors. I really loved a lot of they styles they had too. Some of it was very bohemian, which is right up my alley. When I looked into the story behind Anthropologie, I found the creator (Dick Haynes) had women who were creative, affluent, and educated in mind when creating items. He also had the age range of 30-45 in mind, which I am close to, so I guess I fit right into who he was trying to create for. I really loved their plus sized dressed, but I will need to save up a bit for those as most of the ones I liked were about $200. Even if it's not cheap, it's nice to have another option for plus sized items that I could use for a night out. So if you haven't checked out Anthropologie, I'd recommend it.

It will have harmed the environment in the making of it and will sit in a landfill slowly rotting and wasting space. The store is fun to browse. It's colorful and full of powerful smells. It's like walking through a souk in Marrakech. Occasionally you will find a cool kitchen tool or birthday card but truly nothing useful other than hair scrunchies, claw clips and lip balm. Service... what service? I've been shopping here since 2014 and have never been asked if I need help. You will see staff behind the register, in the dressing room area or about the store stocking items or decorating. Not one will look up at you. Seriously... if they are helping you it's super quick (a plus) but there will be no friendly banter. The best thing about this store is the holiday window display. Last year it was a miniature Sailor and Soldiers Monument with the Christmas lights strung on it. Very cool. Glad the profits from the emerald dress went to that... my kid loved looking at the window. This year the display includes odd looking penguins. To sum it up - fun for looks and that's about it.

What I like about Lucky Brand is that they carry several lines of jeans designed to fit different body types. Since I am not a bottomless Millennial, I can't buy jeans at places like Target or Kohl's that don't have anyone around to help find a good fit. When I talked with the staff here I found that the 300 series is designed for men who actually have backsides. Where I struggled finding jeans smaller than a 36 waist at the other stores, I comfortably fit into a size 32 waist 363 Straight leg. And even though I've gone through different styles and colors, I know that anything in the 300 series will fit. This means I can stay in style without looking like I am trying too hard to keep my youth. In addition to the jeans, there are also a wide range of T's and button down shirts. They also have great hoodies too. There is a really good website for additional options for when the local store may be out or doesn't have the room for all the items available.  It also seems there are frequent sales on items, so I almost always wait to buy my jeans at a 33 to 50+% reduction. I may be old, but I still recognize a good deal! Although my jeans weren't on sale today, I bought them anyway. The fit was perfect. They also come in a wide variety of inseam lengths but since my legs are in the normal range, I didn't have any limitations on options. As soon as I put a pair on in the dressing room, I wondered why I hadn't found these sooner?! The employees were very helpful. I signed up for their VIP program which made my first two pairs of leggings $24 + tax. I couldn't believe what a savings it was. The employee explained the VIP program to me very clearly. It doesn't charge you each month unless you want it to. If it does charge you, the money you're charged basically goes into a savings account for you to use at a later point in time on a Fabletics purchase. To skip the monthly charge you simply open the app at the beginning of the month and hit skip. I went back a couple of weeks later and bought two more pairs of leggings and being a VIP member I got a discount. The store itself was already having a 40% off sale but VIP got 60% off. I wear my leggings around the house, to the gym and to run errands. They're super soft, super comfortable, they wash well (I lay them flat to dry) and they stay put on me (no constant yanking them back up like you have to do with some leggings.)

The dressing rooms are plentiful and is pretty nice for people who are shopping with you. My tip: the newest items are in the front, the middle section has usually been Petites, and the far back of the store is the sale section. The sale section can be hit or miss and sometimes the racks are JAM PACKED so it's hard to sort through everything.
