The store is really open and very brightly lit, the walkways were clear and it looked very recently updated. The people behind the counter took care of me quickly and we're very friendly. She handled the transaction in literally seconds, gave me a coupon and thanked me for coming in. As I looked around the building, they seem to have a large selection men's women's kids, shoes, tons of stuff for everyone and I know that their prices are some of the best around for this type of clothes. They answered that they issued the rebate in April but that USPS returned it to them- no reason given to me as to why. But said to give them my address and it would be taken care of - so I did but here a month later and still no rebates. This is $80 due me for batteries which were 3 yrs old from mfrs date at time of purchase. What more will it take to get my rebates?? How is a large corporation allow something like this to happen?? I mean they had my email address and phone number so surely someone could have called, texted, or emailed me if they was a problem with my address?? And I've lived in same place for 20 years so it wasn't like it didn't get forwarded!

It's inefficient. I understand it's challenging to find great employees but you're going to have a hard time finding customers if we are waiting in line for 10+ minutes on a Sunday mid morning when things should be relatively smooth. I don't know if it's management or just poor overall business model but it's not good.

Even with ALL the staff calling his name and covering the exits it took several minutes--seemed forever!--to find him, but they did!! He of course was found safe, hiding and totally unconcerned.
