They are committed to keeping loyal customers who are happy and keep returning, as opposed to strong-arming you into buying something that you will fall out of love with soon after purchasing. The clothes are very high quality and you will pay for the quality. Because of that, I initially thought I would be getting one or two "special" shirts to add to my wardrobe. But then I found these were the only two shirts I wore. They were comfortable, great patterns, a modern fit, and went well with a wide variety of other pants, sweaters, jackets, etc. (The staff are wonderful at suggesting ways to get multiple looks or outfits out of a few pieces, making things much more economical.) I've since bought (or was given) shirts, pants, and jackets. They've all been outstanding. And after several longer trips (including one to Europe), I've come to appreciate how well-suited V&V clothes are for travel: lightweight, durable, easy to hand wash and drip dry, and hip. Give them a try. Worst case, you'll end up spending some time with the delightful staff in a beautiful store right in our neighborhood. Best case, you'll leave with a piece or two that will become a staple for you, whether you're at Fullsteam, the office, or in Bavaria.

Two other customers in line walked out after watching her interaction. She seemed irritated that she had been on break and then had to deal with customers. Two other customers walking into the store at the time also turned around and walked out after witnessing her attitude towards a military family. She refused to provide her name but was working at 6:00pm today 6/30 at the North Hills Raleigh location. Also contacted lululemon directly and provided all information of interaction.

We've always hand washed and air dried this, so it's not due to misuse or harsh dishwasher heat. I emailed customer service for a replacement under their "quality service guarantee" and they claim it works just fine as a cup so there's no replacement. There is no reason the color should be peeling after 3 months and it's basically unable to be used due to shedding of color/lining. All customer service responses take 10 days to receive, so nothing gets resolved. Horrible customer service and crappy guarantee!

I got a sweet light blue, long-sleeved t-shirt that says Land of the Pines, and has a beautiful illustration on it. My sister got a fun shirt that says "Durham Women Take No Bull" and she loved it so much that she wore it out of the store- and proceeded to get compliment after compliment on it all afternoon! They should have sponsored us because we were telling everyone to go to Cotton Creek on Ninth to get one of their own! :) They also have hats, hoodies, key fobs, leggings, and probably a lot of other stuff that I'm forgetting about. He played quietly with them by taking the plastic packages off the hooks and putting them back on. He was attended by myself or my husband at all times. I'm giving this review two stars because the man who helped us with the backpacks was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, our visit took a turn for the worst when an assistant manager rushed over, saying my son wasn't allowed to play with those items. Keep in mind, there is nothing breakable about them nor was my son in anyone's way or making noise. I informed the man that I would pick them up, but he proceeded to reach over my son and put them all away in a huff, repeating that he wasn't allowed to touch them and would be in the way if someone wanted to buy them. My husband walked over with his chosen backpack and we decided not to purchase due to the assistant manager's rude and impatient attitude. I completely understand and support establishments that choose to not have children as customers, whether it is a restaurant, theater, or store. As far as I know, the North Face store doesn't have such a rule. Please educate your employees on their attitudes toward children if they are in fact allowed in your store. There is a time and a place to call a parent/child out on bad behavior, whether it is a child not being watched or running recklessly through the store, disturbing other customers. This was not one of those times.
