The worst customer service I have ever encountered. On the day of my appointment I got called into work. Made the phone call at 9am ( opening time for the dentist). Explained my situation and asked to rearrange my appointment. I was informed that they no longer could help me as an nhs patient as I have not given them 24 hours notice. This being impossible, I found it to be quite ridiculous. I was then told I had been informed of this policy and it wasn't their fault. I had no knowledge of this policy. Then again I was told they couldn't accept me as an nhs patient. So I wonder if I was paying full price it would b a different story?!?!? Absolutely appalling. read more
