The chicken fried steak breakfast was very tasty, with crisp potatoes seasoned just right, a perfectly cooked egg, and a delicious home made breakfast. I had a chance to meet the owner, Zinzi, and we chatted about our shared connections to Cape Town. The dining room is very nicely decorated and comfortable. I'll have to find a way to make my way back to Moab to try the South African inspired dinner menu (Thursday through Sunday); am sad that I'll miss it this trip.

Well, turns out, it has only been open a year. This place has hilarious social media content which is what drew me in. Their creative seasonal drinks are worthy checking out.
