After visiting Uno Mas twice, I've come away with a somewhat mixed impression of this spot. Both times, the service was consistently friendly, which is always a great start. One thing that truly shines is their crispy chips and the cheese dip. My first visit I had the Flautas and I really enjoyed the flavor and crispness. However I never received the appetizer I ordered and got an appetizer I didn't order. My second visit I got the El Asado and the rice and beans had great flavor but the ribeye was very dry. Overall, Uno Mas has potential, and the service and chips alone make it worth a visit. read more

Loved trying this place! Everyone's food was delicious and our server was great! Food came out quickly. The group I was with had 2 small children and they had plenty of kid friendly options both on the kids and regular menu. I don't think anyone was able to finish their plate, but we tried! Always on the search for the new place in town so when saw this place recently opened my fiancée and I had to visit. First off the vibe inside is very fun with the designs are the decor. Feels very upbeat and though small inside they make a great use of space. It also looks like there are plans to have outdoor seating as it begins to warm up. I love this place! I always get the butterflied shrimp dish. The shrimp is deveined, no tails and served with rice and a fresh little salad. They have great choices of sauces for your chips-our favorite sauces are chimichuri and avocado salsa. I enjoy the colorful and vibrant atmosphere. They have outdoor seating which is quaint and inviting if you like to eat outside. We have been there four times and a delightful experience every time. read more

Stopped in for lunch, Sat outside in the courtyard. The chips were so so good, salsa was fine, very mild, not much flavor. Ask see the Fuego Salsa for some heat. Delicious Marg! Been here 3 times, good food, different from la Caretta , however the head guy or boss is unfriendly and frowns a lot.. also watching the kitchen work when sitting at the bar, they are not changing their gloves when fixing food, cleaning, touching their nose or when snacking on chips. This is concerning and made me stop eating my food. This is not good. Cute atmosphere and the food was good until I saw this. But they need to be more conscientious when fixing food And being aware of cross-contamination. I did not see anyone changing gloves at all. And the owner is not friendly and is unwelcoming when interacting w him. Think I'm gonna take a break from coming here for a while or just skip it all together. We love Mexican food and this place has some of the best Mexican food I have ever visited. Prices were reasonable and you could easily share a dish if watching that waistline. She is a vegetarian and they were very accommodating in pointing out possible dishes and modifications they could make to accommodate her desires.
