Petr was responsive to my inquiry via Yelp and Jason, the plumber who came out was such a nice guy and he did a great job with swapping out and re-sealing the pit lid. The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have. Their quote was also competitive. I'd definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs! P.S. if you're unable to reach them at their phone/office number, try messaging them via Yelp. I didn't really have much luck when calling their number but they're always responsive via Yelp/text and would call you back as well.

I obtained an estimate from Gary after sending some photos of my job, and the final invoice was right in line with that initial estimate. I was able to get the work scheduled in a couple days, and the communication was great. I got text message alerts of arrival time window, and who would be coming. Once the Andrew and Gustavo arrived at my house on the day of the job, they were friendly and went right to work. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. The entire job took a little under three hours, and I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. All the work was explained to me. They truly live up to their namesake, Plumbing Pros!

I called Stephens at 8am and spoke with TERESA who was super helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. Absolutely great personality and totally cusomer oriented. She went the extra mile for me and she was able to secure a Stephens tech for us by 10am, same day! Joe D. was sent out and solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Our sump pump was DOA and that was what was causing the problem. He was able to install two new pumps for us in a short time and at a very reasonable price. Joe also took the time to make sure we understood everything that was taking place, and explains things to you so you totally understand what happened and why. Joe D. is a patient and very knowlegeable plumber and I highly recommend Joe and Stephens to everyone. And of course, I hope TERESA ane JOE getrecognized also for outstanding customer service.

That analysis had revealed considerable buildup in our line for its entire length. Technicians Alan and Tommy did an outstanding job. They arrived promptly as scheduled, descaled the entire line from the cleanout to the village connection at the street, and cleaned up completely. The job was performed within the 2 hour estimate at a quite reasonable cost considering the age of the pipes (43 years) and their condition. I strongly recommend this plumbing service. I would give zero stars if I could…read more In March, I had All Mark Plumbing come out to clear a blockage in my pipe. Instead of using the proper cleanout access, they went through my toilet and barely resolved the issue. Within four weeks, the problem returned, and they came back recommending an expensive water jet service. I agreed, but the jetting service--costing nearly $1,600--did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. After running cameras twice (once in March and again recently), they finally told me there was a tree obstruction in the line. So essentially, after spending over $2,000, no actual repair work was done--only diagnostics. I then had to involve the city, who dug up the area and removed a tree stump that was causing the blockage--at additional cost to me. This is something the plumbing company should have identified and addressed properly from the beginning. To make matters worse, I was initially told there would be some kind of refund or assistance given the circumstances, but I was recently informed that they will not be providing anything. Since then, I've heard from multiple local municipal workers that this company has a poor reputation in the area and frequently pushes high-cost jetting services that don't resolve the issue. I strongly do not recommend All Mark Plumbing. This was an expensive, frustrating experience with no resolution and zero accountability.
