I decided to take my Honda Pilot to this shop after getting three other estimates because Vito got back to me quickly and offered the best price including labor. My vehicle needed MAJOR repairs. I wasn't thrilled about spending as much as I had to but the car needed it and it was well worth it. Vito was extremely honest and provided in depth details to EVERYTHING that needed to be done. Part by part and the labor fees. When I picked up the car Vito said "don't expect it to run like you just bought it." He expressed a little concern because he couldn't figure out a small rattle noise but assured me if it got worse or if anything else went wrong I could just bring it back. On the commute home I thought to myself "this guy totally lied to me! The car IS running like NEW!" Its been 2 months and my car is still running like new! I'm so relieved and happy that I found this shop! I had a brake line burst on me over the weekend. I went to my regular mechanic that I've been going to for a few years but is kind of a hassle since we've moved. When I got there he said that he couldn't get to it for a few days. I started looking at other places closer to my house but no one was able to service my truck. I finally found Uno. Not only were they available to fix my car in one day but my brakes work better than they ever have before. Vito was extremely nice and called me with a quote on price within an hour. I've been going to Uno for many years for all our vehicle work, and from day one they have always been reliable, honest, and fair with pricing. I just had another vehicle repair done and by chance the old owner ( retired) was there and it was nice catching up with him. They took care of my wife's car and it's running great. It was a light| code issue, which I feel that you could be taken advantage of without knowing the codes etc.... This place is horrible....They ripe the elderly off...My car was in the shop for 6 weeks for a new motor, and they finally put one in and it was still the same. I asked them multiple times to fix it and they Magically found a motor in a week. My car's motor was messed up in less than a year. They are frauds!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE. My grandmother took her car here and when she got it back it was crashed and claimed they did not know who did it and they did not try to investigate it at all. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and am seeking legal action to shut this place down. AVOID at all costs. read more

They were more than fair in the pricing of services rendered and really went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs which really didn't result in much profit for them, as I decided In the end to forego the necessary repairs (replace transmission in a leased car) and just return the car to the leasing company. Being a young girl and honestly not knowing a thing about cars is scary. Especially when something goes wrong with your car and you have NO idea if someone is being honest with you about the severity of the issue. Stay away from those clowns. I was told $135 to replace a seal, 2 hours later I'm told that they can't do it as there is no seal to replace. Still I was charged $65 for their lock of knowledge. If they have no idea what parts are on cars, how can they fix them? read more
