After realizing my place could never be as clean as I'd like it to be, I finally decided to hire a cleaning service. Will is responsive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. His rates are more than reasonable for the quality you get. I just wish I'd taken before and after pictures! Definitely recommend!

Terrible terrible scheduling and communication…read more Terrible. I had high hopes for this. Yan was first so accommodating that he said a cleaner will come at 5pm as per my request. Then, last minute cancellation cz the cleaner was sick he said. Then he said 9am the next day. I confirmed. I did not check my email (although I did leave my phone #) but Yan said if its possible to resked again to 10:30am instead of 9am. I replied only late at night. I had no computer access. I called in the morning at 8am, 9am , 10am on that day. I emailed, tweeted -- no reply. Is the cleaner in my house? What is my schedule? Will the cleaner ever show up? Terrible terrible scheduling and communication.

A few months later because of the service we decided to schedule another appointment. The service and scheduling again seemed very commendable - Yan offered us a discount for being repeat customers and set up the appointment for the following weekend. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT NO ONE SHOWS UP. My roommate who set aside her entire day waited and waited at the apt. We received no phone call, no form of contact for an explanation. Over the course of the following week we left over 5 voicemails asking for an explanation and a reschedule, and finally Yan returned a call. He explained that there was a system failure, and he was happy to reschedule for a free cleaning service. Great, so we reschedule and confirmed the Saturday appointment (today) on Wednesday. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. The cleaner is now nearly AN HOUR LATE, and no one has answered my phone calls. I've sent text messages to Yan's cell, called the business line and left voicemails, still nothing. Words cannot truly express my frustration as we scheduled this cleaning in hopes of having a nice and tidy apt for a party we're hosting this weekend. After all the chances we've given Mr Clean's, I am truly disappointed to say that this is an extremely unreliable business. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE - I definitely am.

I found this company through their Instagram ads and booked their deep cleaning and organization…read moreservice. During the booking, I mentioned that I needed help not just with cleaning but also with setting up an organization system to help maintain tidiness. In hindsight, I could have been more detailed before booking, so I take partial responsibility for that. First issue: The timing was off. I was told the service would start at 1 PM, but the team arrived at 12 PM. Additionally, the workers only spoke Spanish, which made communication difficult. They were very kind and clearly worked hard, but it was challenging to explain my preferences and the specific way I like to organize my space. While I do believe they tried their best, I felt a bit misled by their marketing. Their service seems more suited for people dealing with serious hoarding situations rather than someone looking for a more elevated approach to home organization. Unfortunately, my initial concern turned out to be valid--but I did my best to stay understanding and appreciate their effort. Second issue: The session ran longer than expected. Initially, I was told it would be a 4-hour job, but it ended up taking 5 hours. Thankfully, they arrived early, or the delay would have caused more disruption. I appreciated their willingness to stay longer, but it did affect my schedule and forced me to rearrange other commitments. Third issue: The job was not fully completed. The service was supposed to cover the whole house, but the closet wasn't finished--even with the extra time. One of the workers told me to contact their manager. When I called, the manager said she could ask them to continue, but I explained I wasn't available to extend the appointment. She didn't offer any other resolution after that. Cost-wise, I paid around $380 for four hours (plus an unplanned 50 minutes). I don't mind paying for hard work, and I can tell the team put in effort--but there were clear gaps in professionalism and communication. Most disappointing was that the full scope of work wasn't completed as promised.

So I started checking her work and asked her if she could clean the wall/window edges etc as well. But she refused because she had finished the work I told her earlier (which was just the order of cleaning) and she had reported to the company that she was done. I would have messed her up if I asked her to do stay for full three hours. Those were exactly her words! How rude! I will never try this company ever.

Booking online is pretty easy but be wary of the time selection -- apparently the option I chose online is not one honored by the company?? I am pretty understanding and had no time constraints so I was not bothered by the late arrival ( approx 15 min), but I was a little shocked when she started wrapping up early ( she didnt want to be late for her next client....lucky them) So technically, I lost about 20-25 min of service time. She pretty much did everything I asked, except for inside of the fridge. Nothing was perfect, but a good job none-the-less. She didnt return everything to its original placement but her "redecorating" was pretty cute! I would use the services again, being more adamant about directions.

I recently worked with SUDS for the first time, and was really pleased with the experience! Booking…read moreonline was easy - they confirmed via email and sent reminders as well. I booked a deep clean (~6 hours of cleaning) and felt like the pricing was absolutely commensurate for the cleaning that I received. I will definitely be repeating a deep clean a couple of times a year! Eric was the person I worked with and he was great - on time, friendly, easy to communicate with, and likes pets (which is important, as we have several cats!). He was up front in saying if there's anything he missed or something you want done differently, to just let him know and I actually felt comfortable doing so. For ex. he didn't automatically clean under the fridge, but when I asked him about it, he did it no problem. I imagine I will work with other people in the future, and I just hope my experience is uniform to what I experienced the first time around. I have my next cleaning booked already and am hoping to make it a regular appointment.

Before giving such a drastic price, I would strongly recommend asking for more detailed information about the size of the home and exactly which areas need to be cleaned. I would encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple estimates first.
