I am very happy with my recent experience with Tom and Ultimate Climate Control. I had AC/Central Heating installed in 2018 and there was one bedroom vent that didn't get the same air flow as the other vents in the house. When I spoke to Tom, we discussed the problem and he confirmed that the one year warranty period had expired. I was not aware of the expiration and asked what could be done. Even though it was one of their busier periods, Tom offered to make the adjustments as soon as they had a job in my area. Honestly, I wasn't sure I'd ever hear from Tom again but he called me back iabout 2 weeks later and had 2 techs come out to make the adjustments. They were great and the airflow to the one room was corrected. I am very happy I didn't give up on Tom. His shop is about an hours drive one way in traffic, but he came through and did the adjustments at no charge. I would definitely recommend this company. Wow!! What to say. A true professional in every sense of the way. He came over and took a look at our system and made all the necessary checks before he came up with a game plan. Thomas does great work and he takes pride in what he does. He is very patient and explains everything and even makes comparisons so you can understand. An honest man and just by talking to him you know that you are in good hands. I was lucky that I came by him by word of mouth and now I have a friend that needs help with his A/C and I did not hesitate to give out Thomas's contact information. The job was complete in one day although he quoted 1.5 days but man you can see the quality of the work done and he does it like it is his own home. Extremely fast service and answered my call the first time I called (can't say the same for some of the other places I called). It was over 100 degrees out today and I assumed it would be at least a day or two before someone could come out and take a look. I talked to Tomas and he was able to come here same day, within an hour and half. He found the issue within 5 minutes and had the part with him ready to go. My AC unit was fixed and running within 10 minutes! Great company and reliable. Open later than most others I checked in the area. Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I called Unlimited Climate Control and they fit us into the schedule even though it was after 2:00 PM. Their technician Tomas was very helpful with trouble shooting a few things over the phone before coming to the house. When I couldn't get it up and running I called him back. He quoted a fair price and gave me a two hour window. He was able to fix our unit quickly. I also want to add that he answers his phone, or calls back right away. Luckily I found Tom and his team was afraid to let anyone in my home because of COVID-19 but felt safe as soon as I saw masks and gloves.
