We have been using unleashed for several years now and the main reason is because of the lead groomer Espy Buenrostro. We have 3 fur-babies and she takes great care of them all. We have owned 4 dogs and we trust her with each one. Espy is talented and knows how to make our pets comfortable, she takes her time and treats them as if they were hers. We couldn't be happier with her service and are loyal customers based on her ability. Our 2 Doodles love chewing on each others neck & ears and Espy always has the patience to brush out the tangle's. Her skills are top notch and we're blessed to have her as our groomer. I highly recommend Espy to anyone, especially if you have multiple dogs like we do

Brought our boy here for a bath and honestly it's a great deal, $20 and they include everything from towels to shampoo and aprons. You can tie your dog down so they're not moving around much. I would just prefer scented shampoo. Next time I'll just bring my own. Other than that no complaints, it's better than washing your pet at home and making a huge mess.

I take my doggie a mix terrier and Lhaso to do most everything, except vet here! From Espy to Kai wow. They have helped me so much with my 2 1/2 year old doggie. When I first adopted her from a rescue, she would bark so much even a neighbor told me he thought she wouldn't do well me taking her to get groomed at Unleashed. When we first arrived she seemed nervous and a male clerk offered her a treat and she was so grumpy. But when Espy came out my doggie immediately went towards her! I was surprised. She would bark at everyone and all dogs. I couldn't believe it. It made me feel so happy and I saw my doggie open up to another human being. Espy was so sweet, professional and my doggie loved her from the start. When I picked her up she was so happy and when I got home my neighbor came out and I told him she did wonderfully with Espy and he was surprised. This was the beginning of our journey. Thank you Ms Espy. My doggie started blooming, not barking at people and other dogs. I literally thought, "will she ever like anyone". I've been taken her regularly to this location and she starts getting excited as soon as I turn toward the parking lot. I feel so safe leaving her here with Espy. My doggie has blossomed, now she is so loving, so friendly with all people and doggies lol. I can walk her anywhere and she will be the happiest. Every time I've told Espy what issues she's got she has helped me even pick stuff from Unleashed for her teeth, her coat and skin and have worked. I haven't had to take her to the vet. the Vet told me my dog has allergies. She is doing much better, thriving. I feel grateful found this place and Espy (and Kai). thanks! A recurring/returning, satisfied customer of Unleashed...blessings

Ariana loved my dog at first sight and is super patient with him even though he doesn't like his legs touched.

Are they under new ownership? What has changed?…read more We've used Camp Run-A-Mutt several times over the years for overnight boarding and have always had a great experience, which is why this recent stay was so surprising. When making the reservation, I noticed that a few of my dog's vaccinations would expire during his stay. We took care of getting them updated weeks in advance and made sure the vaccination certificates were sent to Camp Run-A-Mutt. I even confirmed with a staff member at the front desk that they had received everything and that my dog was all set for his stay. A few days before our trip, I received a call saying my dog was missing vaccinations. I asked which ones, and of course they were the very vaccinations we had already updated and submitted. I explained that they had the records, the employee put me on hold, then came back and confirmed everything was in order and said they'd see him on Thursday. Then things got even more frustrating. On Thursday, as I was landing in another state for my vacation, my daughter--who was dropping my dog off before catching her own flight--called me in a panic. She was being told they couldn't accept him because his rabies vaccine wasn't up to date. I immediately called the facility and explained that we had already confirmed his records twice. The employee put me on hold, checked the records, and sure enough, they had his current rabies certificate the entire time. They admitted everything was up to date and accepted him. A few days later, while we were still out of state, I received another call saying my dog was being quarantined and separated from the other dogs because his vaccinations supposedly weren't current. At this point, this was the third time in less than a week that the exact same issue had come up. I again explained that his vaccinations were current and that their staff had already confirmed this multiple times. The employee put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Thankfully, my daughter was only a few hours away and was able to rush over and pick him up. When I called to pay for his stay over the phone and let them know he was being picked up, I was initially told they couldn't accept payment over the phone. That was confusing because I've paid over the phone for previous stays without any issue. When I asked if it was a new policy, the employee admitted it wasn't--they just didn't know how to process a phone payment. They had to get someone else to help before I was finally able to pay. I'm honestly not sure what's changed, but the organization and communication were completely different from the excellent service we've received in the past. The repeated confusion over vaccination records--which they already had on file and repeatedly confirmed--caused unnecessary stress while my family was traveling out of state and ultimately resulted in our dog being removed from daycare and picked up early. We've always been happy with Camp Run-A-Mutt, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this was just an isolated breakdown in communication, but based on our recent experience, I no longer feel confident leaving my dog there.

Five stars isn't enough! Not only is Justin a proven expert trainer, the amount of compassion and…read morecommitment he has shown is unreal and truly heartwarming. He says his passion is helping people and their dogs, and I have no doubt about that. A month after separating from my partner and moving out to my own place, my leash aggressive, two year-old cane corso, Zeke, lunged at another dog in my apartment complex and took me with him. Fortunately, aside from a few cuts and bruises I sustained, everyone was OK. But the anxiety and emotional trauma that was left behind made me avoid taking Zeke out for walks all together and when I did my hands would start shaking. Thinking that I would be able to do it in my own, I watched hours and hours of dog training videos and even tried using an E collar, none of it helped. Not only were things stressful outside of the house, but inside of it too. My 14 year-old cocker spaniel and poodle mix, Lexi, is very reactive towards Zeke. Because her senses are not what they used to be. She has even mistaken me for Zeke and has snapped at me. The thought of me potentially losing my apartment, having to give up Zeke, and the fear that Lexi may accidentally bite one of my children caused even more stress on top of what I was already going through from the separation, so I knew I needed to get professional help. After just one phone call with Justin I already felt a weight lifted from my shoulders. We have only been working together for two weeks and have already seen improvement, not only with Zeke's responsiveness to corrections while on walks but with my confidence in leading my pups to a calm and happy life. Justin really set me up for success by giving me tools, demo videos, and tips - making me confident in my ability to correct Zeke's leash reactivity. Walks with Zeke are so much more calm for us both! So grateful for what Justin does and how he does it. He is so responsive and genuine, really making us a team with the same goals! Can't recommend him enough! THANK YOU, Justin!

Literally the first hour I saw huge improvement and now I honestly look forward to walking my boy twice a day. Justin checks in regularly and helps with tips like a long road trip and ringing doorbell barking to name a couple recent things.
