She was informative and professional. The day of my first appointment, I received such a great welcoming from the ladies at the front desk. They were so sweet, soft spoken, and professional. Then, I met Ms. Matilda. She's also sweet and professional. We shared a few laughs while I answered her questions. Prior to meeting Dr. Kohatsu, Ms. Matilda spoke highly of him and assured me that he's a great doctor, and she told no lies. On this particular day, a student, Rayshon (name is probably spelled incorrectly) was present. I have no doubt that this young man will be great doctor soon. I definitely hopes he finishes strong. Finally, I met Dr. Kohatsu. And the rest is history. He's very thorough and provided a lot of feedback. He LISTENS!! I also like that he takes the time to write notes in my chart because I wouldn't understand the results if he didn't. Lol. I've been back since and I've received the same positive and professional encounters with everyone who works here. Even the phlebotomists educated me on a few things. On my first visit, he was overwhelmed with all of my issues (I will admit by this time, I cried every time I talked about all my health issues since I had no idea at that time what was wrong with me). My new PCP asked me which of my long list of issues I wanted to start with). Since that day I have been through 4 bone fractures, carpal tunnel in both hands, eye lid surgery, complete mouth dental implants, 2 double mastectomy surgeries, 2 hernia surgeries, and had my gallbladder removed and so many tests that I have no idea how many tests have been done on me My real irritation was that my doctor had made the assumption that I had been drunk when I displayed my shoulder. As I sat there, I realized that I was dismissed and my doctor was only talking to my husband. I really felt that I was being treated as insignificant and a drunk. I'm not a drunk and an extremely exhausted by the way I have been treated by doctors. I have had to fight for my health care and done almost all of the research on what is wrong with me. Even with finding out that I have Cushings, I can't get hardly any support from my provider. I understand that I am a complex case with my medical issues, but I do expect respect.

I requested them in person as I am uncomfortable with zoom. But they asked me to pay $35 for rescheduling which is incorrect. When I asked they never informed me abt zoom apt how can I be responsible to pay the amount Today they called me and asked to change my PCP as Dr sujata is not willing to attend the patient due to busy and she sees only new patient sch. I paid for my lap reports and X-ray and Dr Sujata has not walked me through the results and they sent a copy and asked to change PCP as I canceled the appointment as this does not make sense and this shows how much due care Dr Sujata takes on a sick person who came with trust to cure a patient. Paid $35 for her first visit and for lap and X-rays and when we change PCP they ask to take the tests again. This has really caused lot of stress and time and money wastage.

I see Jameve Caballero, a Family Nurse Practitioner and she is phenomenal. She is very attentive, easy to talk to and her exams are thorough. She goes over my blood work and any other concerns that I have each time I visit. I love this practice because they are always on time with my appointments and every staff member is knowledgeable in their area. The front desk staff understands insurance and scheduling and the technicians are also skilled and knowledgeable. She was my sister's OBGYN and delivered my niece in 2008. Since that day I really liked her personality and her bedside manner.
