I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria?
