Working with IDG has been an absolute pleasure. They take the time to truly understand our business and operate as a thoughtful, strategic extension of our team. Their ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution makes them a trusted partner we can rely on. They take full ownership of the initiatives we entrust to them, while staying flexible and collaborative as our needs evolve. A special shout-out to Sabrina -- one of the best account managers I've ever worked with. She's incredibly organized, proactive, and always on top of every detail, which gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend! read more

We are a non-profit organization and have worked with IDG for many years now for our various annual events and design projects. IDG has designed logos, postcards, websites (complete with online form submission capabilities), invitations, program books, banners, and I'm sure more that I am forgetting - you name it, they have done it all for us. Working with their team (especially Mike and Joey) is always a pleasure. They are professional and prompt to respond to any questions we may have. We have worked with other designers on various other projects, but they never run as seamlessly as when we team with IDG. If you are looking for a great company, with a great support staff, that can do it all, be sure to contact IDG. www.greatwinefestival.com www.voicesforjusticeoc.com read more

IDG did a fantastic job with our web site. It started with collaboration and brainstorming and evolved to a finished site: www.livesmarttech.com. Vic, Heather and Mike were great listeners and then followed up with flawless execution. They capped it off with a comprehensive training session which allowed us to maintain the site. Of course, we still use them to evolve the site and implement an associated advertising campaign. I highly recommend IDG for small, medium and large companies to expand their presence. IDG is one of the best partnerships I've had in a long time! Professional and fun - and I love that I can always talk to an actual human being! Victor and Heather have gone out of their way to make sure that I'm happy with every step during this process. What a great team to work with! read more

IDG Advertising - Excited to launch my new website! - Advertising Near Me - Anaheim, California

Ive never written any review before and this is my first time, And I should have done this a long time ago. I've been doing business with these guys even before there was Yelp. IDG advertising has been instrumental in getting my business (mobile bumper repair) off the grown from day 1. I don't have any time to market my business coz We are just too busy working on cars, but I also want our phone to keep ringing. IDG takes care all of that for us! These guys are awesome! read more

Sadly, I'm unable to comment on IDG's work as I never got that far. I own a greeting card & gift line and I was looking to switch mug vendors. My accountant had recently ordered mugs from IDG and highly recommended them to me and I was excited to work with a local company. I contacted Victor via email and he got back to me two days later and requested a phone chat to discuss quantities, colors, turnaround times, etc. I let him know I was available MWF and asked if he could chat the next day, but it sounds like he didn't receive my email until later the next day. He emailed me back and asked if was available at that moment, but if not, we would talk on Monday at 9:30am. I emailed him back and confirmed that Monday at 9:30am would be perfect for me and gave my phone number. Monday at 9:30 came and went and I never heard from Victor again. I gave him a few days (because maybe something had come up or he had an emergency) before I emailed him and let him know that I never heard from him and asked if he could email me pricing rather than a phone chat. Radio silence. Most of IDG's reviews are 5 star and I can only hope that Victor was having an off week and that this isn't typically how they operate. read more

Many regrets in hiring this "professional" company. They promised me a 30 day website, free order of business cards, and their expertise. I got a 3-1\2 month website, I did all the creative work, and free business cards were never mentioned again. I came in ready with style, colors, photos, theme, etc. so made this super easy. When my order went to the designer, he had no idea what I wanted. This was three weeks later that I had to go over everything I thought I had taken care of when I signed and paid... again. There went my promised 30day website! Here's the scoop ... This is a family owned business. So complaining to one person about how the design process is not moving quick enough, falls on deaf ears. They all back up each other. ALSO BE WARNED as soon as you sign the contract, they start charging for hosting! Hosting what?!? How does that make sense? I just wanted out! Also like another reviewer stated ... They keep charging you after your contract with them has expired. Then you get the runaround on getting the correct person who can refund you. I see their ads up at all the local car wash stands. I'd think they were reputable too. read more

Completely agree with the previous reviews - excellent company to deal with! Found their ad at a local car wash and was a little skeptical at first, but they removed all doubt. Professional customer service and great results. Their designers are extremely creative and they have very competitive pricing. Check them out! read more

Yesterday I had a meeting with the IDG team and all I can say is wow!!! I've never been so excited to get my business marketing off the ground. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic and warm man named Victor. Being that he is the owner of the company, I was taken back by how invested he is in making sure that I have the ongoing support and understanding of what they're going to do for me. So far they've done everything they've said they would. I can't tell you how much of a relief that is. Very nice people to work with. If you want a team that is going to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and take care of your marketing needs in a prompt and professional manner; IDG is the company to call! read more

For the past couple of years, I've had the privilege to work with Image Display Group through my company and I love it!! No matter the task, Image Display Group gets it done and always with a smile! They handle projects very professionally and always take the time with each particular aspect in a timely manner. The end result is always rewarding! Their creative abilities, graphics and recommendations are always on par with the current trends, as well, and has helped my company immensely! It's always a pleasure to work with Vic and Natalie! No matter how busy he is, Vic will always get back to you! Their attention to detail is terrific, too. IDG rocks my world every single day! read more

After selling me the ad, agent Victor only emailed me once. I had called and complained but still no return calls. Nothing came out of the advertising they did for me. Closed my account after 6 months and the receptionist says a manager will call me regarding closing the account. Yet no phone call. I paid an additional $70 for business cards and only received half of the cards as they had put the cards at a carwash. I didn't get even one client phone call from their advertisement at the carwash stand., so I know my business cards should have been sent back to me. I emailed the receptionist for them and no response. read more

Great costumer service and product all around. We are a small business in a saturated market. Victor and his team has done so much to help make us stand out in the crowd. Who would have thought that one of the best website designers would be found at a Carwash Ad Sign? Without a doubt, IDG is the best kept secret in Anaheim. Victor, Natalie, Mike, Joey, and all the other members of IDG are constantly on point in what they do and always provide excellent service. However, the best part about IDG is that they don't nickel and dime you for a project. Their prices are especially reasonable and you can't help but feel great when you see the outcome. I am so glad that I got to meet IDG you will be also! read more

As good as it gets it defines the rating for this business. After my small business website got hacked, I contacted a couple places, and got the run around, one said they were unable to give a price, one didnt respond, etc. Victor quoted a price, and did exactly what he said he would for that price. Within 1 day it was fully restored, and back online. I can tell you from experience that you get what you pay for is extremely prevalent in the graphic design/ web design realm. When there were still bad galleries after being online, Victor and his team went above and beyond to make it 100% right. I would recommend this team for anyone looking to get things done online. read more

It was a pleasure to work with Image Display Group. From our initial concept meeting thru the various stages leading up to the launch of the website was well above our expectations. IDG met our deadlines and fulfilled the timeline presented to us from the contract. It is nice to see a company take such pride in a project and have the same enthusiasm as its customer. We want to give a special thank you and acknowledgment to Mike. His dedication to our project was above and beyond. Mike always tried to make sure we could make our design attributes happen and if they could not, he presented another alternative that satisfied our needs. IDG team gave good insight from the technical components of the website, while allowing us to build and lead our design aspirations! read more

We called and had a great 1st. appointment with a very professional presentation. We were in the early stages of a decision and then called back weeks later for a follow up appointment (since no one followed up with us) and were told they were all in meetings etc. and they would get back to us. No one got back to us and we made a third call with the same result. The follow up was terrible and we now have no confidence in this company's ability to follow through on there promises. read more

I've had an ongoing relationship with IDG for a few years now with different levels of site work, tech assistance and marketing material development. There is consistently solid organization and execution of plans and highly impressive creative. One of the most important things I feel about their high level service is quick response to any "emergencies" that can come up from time to time in tech world...and determination to find solutions in short time so we are back up and running. I have more than service and team with them, but friends and partners. Thank you IDG! read more

Such a great company to work alongside. They are always eager to accommodate any need of their customers. So glad I saw one of their cards at the car wash! I will definitely use them for any future marketing needs. Thanks again, IDG! read more

Image display group inc. Is a horrible company! After the contract was over they continued to charge our bank account. I suggest not to give a void check and keep checking your bank account to make sure your not getting charge after the contract is over. After the contract was over we went to the carwash place and noticed that the AD wasn't there and continue to charge. We tried calling them several times and left messages and they didn't even bother to return our calls. What a horrible company!! If anyone has gone through this add a review. read more

As a small business owner, I needed a quick website to get my name and services out there. The team at IDG was great. They came up with a plan and a beautiful design to make me feel I had a real presence in the field. Their design team is very creative and were able to produce exactly what I had in mind. The cost and timeframe were very fair for what I needed as well. I would definitely recommend IDG Advertising. read more

After the economic breakdown in 2008, our small family business had a really hard time keeping afloat! The vicious cycle of needing advertising but not having enough work to pay for advertising was weighing heavily on the company. Finally when we discovered IDG we saw some light at the end of the tunnel. Very quickly once we began working with them, we started getting more business. They integrated all of their services to help us get back on our feet. I'm so grateful for all that they have done to help us. They are quick, professional, creative and innovative. Always ahead of the technological game, they brought us up to par with other companies when we could have very easily slipped into or stayed the late 1990's in regards to advertising! Thank goodness! read more
