But 2-3 times the owner has given me a very hard time about picking up dry cleaning late and I don't know if this is normal or the reason why?? one time I had a job interview and the owner interviewing me got sick with Covid so the interview had to be rescheduled. I was so busy during that time as it was also the week of my birthday and around Christmas so I was a bit late picking it up. A second time I was a few days late because I was sick. This time I was 2 weeks later than specified because I legitimately got very sick for an ongoing fever lasting 11 days with no known cause ... no clue why it lasted so long. The owner yelled at me saying he would charge me extra this time but all times were completely legitimately due to illness... I told him when I get sick I (for honest unknown reasons) get REALLY sick and it lasts a long time. I'm getting this checked out with doctors now as I'm perfectly healthy and young on paper/blood work but it really depresses me and how he yelled at me in front of people just for being legitimately very sick -- I don't appreciate it. It's absolutely not good customer service and I should not have to share private medical information with people. Is there a reason why they need you to pick it up by a certain time though? If so, why not request prepayment or tell the customer that they absolutely need to pick up by a certain date or you're charged extra. Maybe write it in bold letters on the receipt. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere at this point tbh. Never had anyone yell at me for being late before this place.

The owner looked at my coat and asked if he could suggest having it cleaned at the end of the season. I said I preferred to do it now as even though it did not look dirty I wanted to freshen it up. He looked at the label which read 'dry clean'. He went further and read the fabric content of the coat, then he said that based on the fabrics I could wash it at home. I washed it on a delicate cycle in cold water, tumbled it in the dryer for a few minutes on low temp and now it hanging to finish drying. Turned out perfect! Highly recommended!!!

It has Leather Sleeves on which the Elasticized Cloth Storm Cuffs had frayed over time and the Zipper in the Jacket needed Replacing. A nice warm Fall/Winter Coat, the owner looked my Prized GM Embroidered Chevrolet Coat over carefully and advised me confidently she could and would fix it up and we agreed on a Price. Within about a week or so, I got a Call the Coat was ready to be picked up and by golly it was and I could hardly believe it, looked as if New again! They even got the little rolled up Fuzz Balls off the Cloth Body of the Coat to Boot !!! Now, the stitching has let go in the seam under one arm as well as the Pockets needing replacing. I plan on taking it there again to be repaired. The Coat has Sentimental Value to me as the one who Encouraged me to enter a Draw for it and ended up awarding it to me after I won it has now Passed on and I have Very little doubt that she can't fix it. I'm going there Saturday Jan.04th-2025 to ask. I found Honest Likeable Staff and Quality Work and Pricing. I come from Ajax and it was well worth the drive. Why I'm going back.

They replaced the fur trim (which was nice but not even close to what original looked like) and i was Told that it needs to be dried better in order To fix the filling. When I picked it up the second time The filling is all but gone and the jacket is no longer warm. I brought it here trusting that I have no idea how to Clean this type of jacket and they would. Bad assumption.
