However, they ruined my husbands shirt. I'm so upset after I realized that his Hugo Boss shirt is completely ruined by All Cleaners. Lots of bleached spots (white an yellow, different shapes and sizes and even few holes!!) I'm so so disappointed and upset. I wish they gave us money back for the shirt they ruined! Please beware with things you love or/and are expensive because this shirt was one of my favourites and now it's garbage. If the owner would refund us for the shirt, that would be a different story. I believe it was the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service). Compare this to the $50 at Stitch It in the mall that I paid about 7 years ago, to hem a cheap polyester dress! This shop will now be my go-to in the area for alterations and dry cleaning.

The same lady is at the cleaners every time I go in; she also enthusiastically greets me with "'Caaaaarmen"!! It's like walking in to see a long lost friend. My clothes are always perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged. They take the time to ensure that those pesky numbered tags aren't stapled to my actual clothes; rather, they make sure to staple it through a loop, hole, etc. This makes me happy -- what can I say? It's the little things. :-) Brian Village is the *only* place I trust to alter or hem my clothes, as well. She measures me in store and always does an amazing job on my hems. She's even repaired a torn dress for me without me asking *and* for free. They even gave me a gratis lint roller for Christmas! I mean, what more could you ask for in a dry cleaner? The owner looked at my coat and asked if he could suggest having it cleaned at the end of the season. I said I preferred to do it now as even though it did not look dirty I wanted to freshen it up. He looked at the label which read 'dry clean'. He went further and read the fabric content of the coat, then he said that based on the fabrics I could wash it at home. I washed it on a delicate cycle in cold water, tumbled it in the dryer for a few minutes on low temp and now it hanging to finish drying. Turned out perfect! Highly recommended!!!
