I love the staff there. They really care and are on top of things. However it's their bakery hands down for taste. Highly recommend it!

This is a family owned business. They make awesome cakes and the best Churros I've ever had.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Between the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful atmosphere, and the hidden speakeasy vibe, it's truly one of the most unique café experiences in town.

Its a hidden gem and little…read moreunexpected, but once you're able to find this speakeasy style spot (but instead of a bar, its a coffee shop and bakery), it's a really cool spot to hang out at. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

Ordered an ube coffee. Beyond amazing. Also got two strawberry cheese cake doughnuts and a mango mascarpone doughnut. Normally not a huge fan of filling doughnuts but these were perfect. Very small interior, but a vast selection of treats. They offer donuts, cookies, even banana bread! Unfortunately with my evening visit, all of the donuts were sold out. Again, I came for the cookies so not a problem. I chose the Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie as well as the White Chocolate Chip Ube. I took them home as take out. Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.

Anyways I got the Wagyu rice ball, curry beef pastry, and egg sando. Egg sando was delicious and on point! I'd love to try their other sandos though. Wagyu rice ball was pretty good but I think it would taste better warmed up. Curry beef--was not a fan of. Maybe I had to heat that up. A little too mushy for me. Service was great! The cold brew coffee is the strongest coffee I have ever drank. I was like whoa. I added water after the ice melted and drank if for the next couple of days. It was still strong but definitely mellowed out a bit Upon walking in, it looks like a big space but when entering, it is hot as balls in there, super tight and crammed up space. There was a stroller blocking the whole way and everyone had to go around. The walkways around there were impossible. The kitchen was way bigger than the whole seating area. When asking for boxes the employees looked disgruntled and when walking out and intercepted the staff dropping off an item, my friend said they gave us the stink eye. So yea, the staff can work on their attitudes a bit especially with the cramped up space formation they set up. Maybe their walkup window will work someday to just pick something up and go but it's still blistering hot out. Maybe if they had a covered area around the pickup window so people don't have to be sardines in there would be an idea Also, I wished the mango mochi had coconut whipped cream instead of regular whipped cream, that would turn up that dessert to a whole nother level for me
