From the moment you walk in, it's giving soft, whimsical, almost too-pretty-to-eat energy--but trust me, you should eat everything. The cakes are impossibly light with that signature Japanese-style balance where sweetness never overpowers, just quietly lingers in the best way. What really stood out to me is how much restraint and craftsmanship goes into these desserts. Nothing is overdone, nothing feels gimmicky--it's just clean flavors, airy textures, and a level of detail that shows real skill. In a city full of over-the-top desserts, this place keeps it refined--and that's exactly why it stands out. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the entire case. Great service and ambience as well. I'll be returning v soon !

You can basically eat any French baked good or pastry you can imagine, and their meals look amazing! Well, that Croque Madame delivered on all fronts! Crunchy & crusty along the edges, while perfectly soft and savory in the center. I'll be back here again next time I'm in Vegas!

It feels like they're struggling with the balance of moisture and bake time, which is fatal for a Napoleon or a croissant. It is really about technical execution. First, the croissant: The flavor was decent, but the texture was "dry." It lacked the rich, buttery lamination and shatter-crisp exterior you expect from a high-quality croissant. It felt lean rather than indulgent. The Mango Macaron was easily the biggest disappointment. The texture was way past its prime, stale and chewy with no crisp. Beyond that, it was a "sugar bomb" with no discernible mango flavor. Even the construction of the macaron looked rushed with no pride in the finish product. The Napoleon & Apricot Tart: Both were "okay" at best. The primary issue here was the pastry felt noticeably underbaked, lacking the structural integrity and GDB that defines these classic pastries. If you are looking for an authentic French-standard experience in the area, there is way better not that far away. Highly disappointing.

Good amount of tartness and a bit a sweetness. Very creamy but not too heavy very light. Cheese pastry is essentially a croissant. Very flaky excellent job. The quiche is very creamy and fluffy at the same time. The outside is nice and crispy. This is one of the best executed quiche ever had. Angry man French croissant nicely presented and well balanced. All of the flavors just blend in. Highly recommended.

I'm officially in love with this place!!…read more I have literally drive by Mg Patisserie & Cafe hundreds of times, but never stopped to check them out until recently. And oh my gosh, what a fool I was to not stop in sooner. I was missing out!! I absolutely love desserts and especially pastries. So when I walked in and saw all the croissants, danishes, cookies, and more... I was already wide eyed and excited! The owner was working this day, so I felt like I was getting that VIP treatment as he gathered my order. He even took the time to make sure my pastries to warmed to perfection... and I didn't have to ask for it! Then the best part: they tasted AMAZING! They were so good, I forgot to get pictures of everything. Haha. I got the 1st pic and the it went downhill from there as I just kept on eating and the thought of pics left my mind. lol. My particular faves were the guava danish and the chocolate chip cookies (sooooo good!). Beautiful restaurant that's super clean and phenomenal food! This is definitely one of Vegas's hidden gems! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Yelp! review #20 of 2026 Online order April 04…read more I stopped by the 85°C Bakery Cafe in Henderson (673 N Stephanie St) to pick up a birthday cake for a friend, and it also served a dual purpose for a class assignment on experiencing Filipino food. We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop. The ube cake was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely grab another slice next time I'm craving something purple and delicious!

Whenever I visit Chinatown, I occasionally stop by this Paris Baguette location…read more I really love Paris Baguette's "Milk & Cereal King Cream Donut." True to its name, the milk cream isn't heavy or greasy instead, it has a fresh, clean taste. The donut itself is light and simple, and it paired perfectly with the cream. I am particularly fond of this specific Paris Baguette location inside the Chinatown Mall, it offers plenty of parking space. Furthermore, this branch is designed more like a café than just a standard bakery, making it a great spot to drop by for a brief respite while enjoying some coffee and pastries. Personally, I prefer the cakes at Paris Baguette over those at the 85°C Bakery located in Shanghai Plaza. They offer a much wider variety in terms of both size and flavor. My absolute favorite is the Blueberry Yogurt Cake. They also carry sandwiches and individual cake slices, the sandwiches, in particular, make for a perfect light meal replacement. The bread lineup is so extensive that it feels as though every type of bread in the world has been gathered right here. One thing I've noticed every time I visit is how incredibly friendly the staff members are. Whenever I ask about a specific type of bread, they are always happy to provide a kind and helpful explanation. Back when I lived in Korea, Paris Baguette was my go-to bakery. Since opening its first store in 1988, it has remained the bakery brand with the largest number of locations in Korea. If you're wondering where to pick up a birthday cake or a small gift, I highly recommend stopping by this Paris Baguette bakery.
