I had a huge estimate for a car repair last year and when I took it there they couldn't mimick it. Additionally I had a list of repairs my vehicle needed and they told me they weren't to the manufacturers' recommendation and that I could wait on all of them. So I took my car in for an oil change to the dealership yesterday and was told that my brakes were at 5% and it was dangerous I need to get them done. I took my car to Mike's and lo and behold I have 20,000 miles left before they need to be done. They have me as a very loyal customer!!!!

Being a new motorhome, there were some issues to work out. One major one being one of the roof mount AC's did not work. I brought it back to the selling dealer after having to wait for 3 weeks for what was a warranty issue only to sit at the dealer for a little over 5 hours to have them tell me, Sorry we can't fix it with no resolution. I went on the Motorhomes forum and another RV'er from Maine suggested I give Ct. Motorcars a call. I did and spoke with Wendy, she made an appointment for me in 4 days after my initial call. She did say they may not be able to fix it on the spot, but they could at least let me know what the issue was. I brought it down and left it for a couple days and they did diagnose the issue, (Needed a new AC) but meanwhile they fixed other issues that I wasn't expecting them to do. I was able to acquire an AC through Tiffin Motorhomes, they shipped it to CT Motorcars in short order, Ct Motorcars had me drop the motorhome for another couple days and problem fixed. I can't say enough about how well we were treated with the resolutions in place. I will not hesitate to return there if repairs are needed

Wrong. I then attempted to fix the car myself and made things so so much worse. I took off the bumper, the headlights, the wire assembly, and other components before realizing just how far I was in over my head! Ended up needing to go through insurance & after almost 3 months of my car sitting over there with Bryon's Auto Body, I couldn't be happier to have it back. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I was quite embarrassed by the situation that had transpired & they were a pleasure.
