This company is a GODSEND! HARO is my hero!!!…read more I'm writing this review at 1:20am. Today, I moved to San Diego from Redding, and after 13hrs on the road driving a 15' UHaul truck plus my car towed in the back, we were exhausted. Long story short, the wheel of my car dislodged from the tow dolly and the dolly's wheel got hinged into the driver's door pinning my car stuck diagonally on it. It's 11:30pm and we are in an extremely sketch part of town (like you could die if someone just felt like messing with you, sketch) I call Uhaul roadside assist and they set me up with USA MOBILE TIRE. UHaul gave me an ETA of 60-90mins guys... But Haro showed up with his gleaming tow truck lights in less than half an hour, and saved the day! He gave my dad careful instructions on how to maneuver the truck and paid close attention to making sure my car wouldn't get damaged. We were able to get my car unstuck, unhitched, and safe onto the pavement in about 20minutes with nothing more than just a little scratch to my car. He was so kind and careful in his work. Prompt, professional, and straight to the point! Thank you so much for making my first encounter in San Diego a positive one Haro!

I've used Chuck's Tire Center twice in the past few years (recommended to me by a mechanic) and…read morethey are always very nice and their prices are competitive. I also like that their center is in a quiet area of Carlsbad--so many tire places seem to be on the corner of an insanely busy intersection, so I appreciate how easy it is to pull into the lot at Chuck's. My most recent visit was for a tire that was losing air. Though they said it was challenging to find the hole at first--as it was so tiny--they persisted and repaired the area for a very reasonable price.

We were in town visiting my father-in-law. My wife ran some errands with her step-mom and upon her return, she said the tire warning showed 16psi on one of the tires, it was 6:20pm. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get this issue addressed so late in the day. I went to the map on my iPhone and typed in tire repair. I had 30 minutes before JC Wheels & Tires closed. Fortunately, we were only 7 minutes away. I called and the gentleman answered and said that they do plug tires and to come on in. I rushed over and upon arrival they jumped right on it! While they were working on the tire, I noticed a beautiful motorcycle, chopper that is, with two gentleman looking and talking about it. I assumed it was a new purchase. The bike was incredible, so much so that I felt inclined to introduce myself and say how gorgeous the bike was. The gentleman said he just bought it and was going to put it on display at his shop. He was very friendly and started it up for us. He then gave us a tour of several of his other custom vehicles. It turned out that he was the owner of the shop and was again, super friendly and a God-fearing individual. We were truly blessed with amazing service and kindred spirits today! As a career airline captain, I see this kind of hospitality in other countries, especially Japan where I fly to several times a month. I am in awe of Jonathan's humility and humanity. My 2014 Kia Soul has given us all, Elizabeth, her tech Sergio & I such a headache since they replaced the catalytic converter on May 9th! The check yellow engine light would not go away for the whole week! Kia started sputtering, acting like she's got chills or going to go into a coma shock every time I drove it out of their lot! Blessings to Elizabeth & her tech for sensing it's time to replace the co2 sensors as well, (which turned out to be a whole new issue!) Don't want to spend tons of time explaining how bad my cars problems were, from jerking while stalling at every stop light to hearing a clucking sound coming from the engine, to thinking the car is going to die and not start back up. Even after replacing the co2 sensors, the yellow check engine light would light up on their scanner device. Making me think, never again in the future to purchase Korean cars! It does matter to replace "some parts" with its originally designed part for, in this case the co2 sensor. But, I do want to relay that Elizabeth isn't just a front desk girl who's there to collect payments. She clearly cares a lot about my car & is very knowledgeable! She spent a lot of time learning about co2 sensors, its purpose and functionality, while multitasking with other customers cars that needed servicing as well! Elizabeth went far out, contacting any Kia dealership in all of San Diego to find the part & luckily Kia Dealership's down in National City were heaven sent, they not only had it in stock but even delivered the part to her shop! Bravo Can't thank you all enough for saving my car, the time it consumed working to figure out its issue, to the integrity everyone showed as a solid team to get their customer back on the road again stress free!
