Bad experience at Levi's Tires. A few months ago, I bought a set of tires from them, and when I recently went back to get another one, they told me that the tires I currently had were already bad--completely forgetting that they were the ones who sold them to me in the first place! So basically, they sold me bad-out dry rot tires, and when I needed a replacement on a whole different one, they wouldn't even offer me a break on the price. A couple hours after they changed my wheels and tires, my flat tire light went on. I went back to see what's wrong with the Tire Pressure Monitor System and they said 2 of them are no longer working. Before I took my car to this tire shop, all 4 of my TPMS were working with no problems. They destroyed 2 of my TPMS units and it costs $90+labor to replace EACH ONE. Be wary of this place, I've been super loyal to this place for many years but today that changed. I noticed that one of my recently purchased tires had a huge bulge on the sidewall so I went in to get it swapped because, of course, warranty. Conveniently, I was suppose to keep the small 5" x 8" Carbon copy receipt because that is my warranty. You may ask, "don't they have the original carbon copy?" Of course not, they don't keep the original, but I'm expected to keep a copy of the receipt. Bummer. This place "used" to be great. You could drive in and they would take care of you fast. Just be aware of this issue, I'm going to stick with Costco from here on out. read more

I brought in 2 vehicles for Alignment, a Mercedes GLC and a Ford Fusion. Both were done quickly and without incident. One month later I called Levi to make an appointment for alignment on my daughters car. When I showed up to drop the car off Levi was not there. The guy who helped me spoke poor english, was very dirty and did not smile. He took my number and said he would call in 1-2 hours so I knew to pick it up. 3 hours later, no call so I went to get it. he said it was ready so I paid him in cash, only then did he tell me he could not align the car because the lower control arm was bad. I asked for my money back because he didn't do the Alignment but he refused. I then brought the car to the local franchise Dealership and was told that the lower control arms were fine and the car only needed an Alignment which I had them perform. By now only 2 months had gone by but I had lost confidence that the other 2 vehicles they had Aligned were done correctly so I brought them both in to be checked. Both cars needed Alignment!! I then gathered all the documentation and went in to see Levi. He listened to part of my story, interrupted me, became defensive and began to shout. I never even asked for my money back even though I deserved it. I just thought he should at least know that his happened and I wanted to see his reaction which was 1 Star, just like the work I had done there. read more

Be wary of their service. Was charged for services that they did do. Was told that they have to take rotors to replace tire stud which will cost additional labor. As soon as they found out that the tool that removs the rotors was broken, they found a way to remove the tire studs in 5 minutes without removing rotors, and still charged for the price of removing the rotors. read more

Levis tires replaced the axels on my daughter's vehicle and also tires. We picked up the vehicle on 03/24/2021 The work was guaranteed for 6 months. 5 days later (03/29/2021)my daughter broke down in the middle of the road, the axel became loose and damaged the transmission. This could've caused a terrible accident I have reached out daily to Levis tires. The owner stated he would go see the vehicle at my mechanic's shop. I call him every day. He has not done so. When I spoke to my mechanic he stated he was having a hard time finding the right screws for this type of vehicle they no longer make the parts. Had a flat from a nail going in and out. Had AAA come out and put a temporary patch in the tire. We took our car to Firestone (corner of Felicita and Centre City) on a Friday afternoon around noon. They called us back like 3 hours later and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire and eventually they got around to telling us they wanted to sell us a new tire (what a surprise - eyes rolling). Needless to say - don't go there. After a quick Google search, we found Levi's down the street and gave them a call. They said bring it in before the hour is over and we can take a look. They made quick work of it and had the tire patched in like 20 min for $15! They even put air in all the other tires w/o us asking for it. I was recommended to Levi's Tires by another tire store who was not comfortable performing a flat repair as the puncture was close to the side of the tire. Levi's was fast, reasonable and effective. It is now a year later and no issues. I just had another flat on the same truck (different tire) and I went to Levi's for that repair as well. Very kind people who do great work and do not charge an arm and a leg. They even offered to check the air and top off the tires in the car I used to transport the flat to them. I've been to this place more than twice and this place is quick to get you what you need without the nonsense that these other places with big names and big pockets bring witch is all smoke no results. Fast friendly service, with great prices. I was in and out in 20 minutes!!! Sears quoted me $728 for 4 tires. I only needed 2,( the back two are brand new). Levi's installed 2 brand new tires for $120 total cost, tax included for 2 front tires (keep in mind, price varies by width and height). What a deal (I was so happy I tipped the installer $4). One yelp poster complained about a nail in his tire....seriously, why would an employee put a nail in his tire. He either ran over it or some gheto vandal did it!!! read more
