He recommended Physical Therapy so I could get the scar tissue broken down and healing would begin naturally through an exercise program. Fortunately I was able to choose TRANSIT PHYSICAL THERAPY in Loma Linda. The staff there were amazing from the two front desk receptionists to my pets physical therapist Kaelan Ellis. Upon arrival, Kaelan evaluated my condition and began working with me to get on a daily exercise plan to repair and restore free movement in my shoulder. I was seen twice weekly in the office and assigned a daily exercise routine that over a period of six weeks completely restored pain free movement in my shoulder. Amazing! I cannot praise this operation highly enough to capture how grateful I am to this staff and in particular my therapist Kaelan Ellis. I had complete hip replacement in May 2025…read more He is an incredible dr, I went from horrific pain from a hip dislocation, then my hip collapsed and walked around in misery for 7 years. After my surgery, I went straight to Arrowhead physical therapy. Everyone there was very professional and helped me tremendously get back my strength. I don't remember all the therapist names, but I worked with Amy the majority of the time. I am very thankful to Amy, she was very helpful with me gaining my strength back and having zero pain in my hip. I look forward to the near future having a double knee replacement and continuing my therapy here at Arrowhead. The only thing I had a hard time with, was getting through by phone. My suggestion is to ask for the phone number when you book your appointments.

I stopped going during the holidays after getting really sick and missing two weeks worth of therapy really slowed me down not to mention pain returning. After having a fractured foot and arm and a really bad ankle sprain I can't believe the amount of things I've found while at physical therapy we are currently correcting. The team is super friendly, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I always feel at home, from the evaluation to every therapy ever attended. They hear my concerns, answer my questions, and treat me with respect and kindness. I've made friends with other patients as well and there's never a dull moment. After suffering a stroke, I was faced with a challenging and emotional journey, and I needed people who would not only help me physically recover but also treat me with compassion, patience, dignity, and understanding. That is exactly what I received at Ballard. Every single person who cared for me made a difference. From the smallest acts of kindness to the extensive rehabilitation and support I received, I was consistently treated with respect and genuine compassion. I never felt like I was just another patient. I felt like a person who mattered, and during such a vulnerable time in my life, that meant more to me than words can explain. I especially want to recognize the Orange Team, because they truly deserve to be acknowledged for the incredible care they provided. They went above and beyond for me in ways I will never forget. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care and cleanliness at this rehabilitation…read morefacility. The online photos show beautiful, well-maintained rooms, but that is far from reality. The room my mother-in-law was assigned to was awful--peeling paint, dirty windows, and an unhygienic bathroom. To make matters worse, a toothbrush was left lying directly on the shared sink, making it impossible to know whose it was or if it had been contaminated. Hygiene and attentive patient support should be top priorities in any medical facility, but this location falls far short of basic standards: Neglected Patient Care: We asked for water and waited three hours for assistance. My mother-in-law was not given regular showers unless I specifically stepped in to demand them. Unacceptable Hygiene Practices: I personally walked in on a short CNA attempting to hand a used bedpan to one of our family members. When I confronted her and family members , she showed no regard for proper sanitation. Like I mentioned if my inlaw needs one at home we will provide a new one not used. Unfriendly Staff: Overall, the staff is dismissive and unwelcoming. We regret not visiting the facility in person before placing our loved one here, though I suspect the rooms shown during tours are kept private just for display. Please be extremely careful before placing your loved ones in this facility.

Their online tools for signing up and making an appointment need some work, and it sounds like they know it. They required an insurance card, but their system wouldn't let me add one. They asked me to schedule a time, which I did, only to find out days later they bumped me to another time for some unknown reason. They also told me I could not make an appointment without a referral from my primary, even though I told them I'd be paying out of pocket. BUT, I decided to keep my appointment, really needing some answers about a problem with my shoulder. Dr. Karim did not disappoint. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. Before Dr. Karim, I would have given this place 1 or 2 stars. Honestly, their wacky tools wasted a ton of my time and I don't like that. But Dr. Karim restored my confidence. If they ever get their online tools working, I'd be happy to give them a full FIVE STARS!
