We went through every obstacle together and every little milestone together , the program focuses on your child's individual needs and addresses their concerns, there is no judgment in this community on your child's behavior ! We were all there for the same help ,I could not thank Evelin and Fedra enough and the Behavior therapist and subs he has had in between the love and care and patience they had for my son I could not put In words they became our family and our safe haven , one of the greatest additions in the last year was their new BCA Maria , she supports the BTS as well as the family's and i was so greatful for the support all the time , the check ins , and the programs created for my child, if your looking for a spot that you want your child to succeed this school is it, thank you Dream big for truly the best 4 years together.

He's had some of the same therapists since the beginning which I'm grateful for! Angel, Angie, Mary, Diana, Briea, Rachel and Torie are all amazing!!! I am grateful for them all for helping my son as much as possible! He's made tremendous progress since he started! The only reason for give 4 stars is the "calling in sick" policy for the employees. I've always had an issue with it because they have the therapists call you(the client) one hour before the session starts and they ask you to call the office to cover that session. From all my experience of costumer service and working at a office, I always had to call the night before or 3 or 4 hours before my shift started to call in or It was my responsibility to get my OWN shift covered, if I can't get my shift covered I had to call my manager to get it covered. Don't think it's right it's on the client to get their shifts covered. My son gets dropped off right when they open too and a couple times a week the door is locked and their late. I understand traffic and emergencies happened but for it to happen every week is a bit much sometimes. That's my only complaint until it gets resolved. Other than that I do love this place and what it stands for and the staff is always friendly

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Garcia through a referral from a nonprofit organization I work with. The training offered a strong balance of theory and practical application, helping participants deepen their understanding of how trauma is experienced and processed beyond traditional cognitive approaches. The presenters did an excellent job translating complex concepts related to nervous system regulation, grounding, tracking, titration, and co-regulation into interventions clinicians can thoughtfully integrate into practice. What stood out most was the emphasis on approaching trauma work with both clinical skill and respect for the pace and lived experience of clients. The discussion of stabilization and somatic healing strategies felt highly applicable across diverse treatment settings. Thank you for the time, expertise, and care invested in creating such a meaningful learning experience. The care, concern, and FOLLOW THRU was not there nor the ability to treat a child with TBI causing depression. Told me I was agressive because I finally said NOOOO very loud and firmly, enough was enough LISTEN when I say something. Now I understand why there is only a 2.5 star rating. Ms Mariah is the best! We are extremely lucky to have found her. My son has ADHD and it took a few…read moremonths to receive the diagnosis but Mariah recognized the help he needed and started working with him right away. She provides in classroom support which is where he has needed the most help to learn how to control his impulses with peers (i.e., hitting, biting) and she has also provided parental training so I can continue to reinforce and utilize the skills to help him thrive. My son is in a new preschool now (moved him to have a lower peer ratio) and the directors and teachers from each school have both said what a blessing she is. Mariah even provided teacher training at the request of the director. I highly recommended Mariah! I really don't want to think of where we'd be without her.
