I called on 7/16/26 to reorder supplies for my oxygen concentrator and believed it went fine…read more However, when I checked the order this morning it included 21 instead of one 50 ft. hose. I called to straighten it out and unfortunately there was nothing they could do with no means to return the excess hoses. I rarely use the longer hose so 21 is useless. I was just told to keep it which seems like a massive waste. Since I don't pay directly that cost goes to Medicare which seems like fraud to me. I received another text just now stating they were working to pick up my concentrator which was never part of the conversation. I talked to Kim (customer liason) this morning (7/20) and she thoroughly explained the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. Have adjusted my rating accordingly.

My doctor ordered a CPAP from this outfit. Everything went fairly smooth getting the CPAP Machine except for LOTS of miscommunication along the way. But eventually it arrived. and eventually they sent someone to show me how to use it. Then I started getting notices from them. They requested that I fill out an order form, which I did. I almost immediately got a message asking me to call them, but not why. I had no idea because, the caller did not say. I was transferred four times and each time I had to repeat the same information all over again. And each time I had to confirm my name address, phone number, etc. etc. Finally, I said I'm not doing that anymore, as I've already said it four times. Then they became hostile saying they would not help me if I wouldn't confirm the information again. So I said goodbye and hung up. That was several days ago. Today I got a notice that the order had been delivered, following two notices that it was on its way. I went outside to get the package and there was nothing there. So I called them and went through the same nonsense again. Finally, they just hung up on me. No one could find any information about a package One said they saw the order there, but they didn't know what the status was. None of the others could even find it. I'm so done with these people. I have asked my doctor to please find a different Vendor. If they are trying to give ,then they are failing epically!! Avoid this place like the plague!

Everything went better than expected--she took me to appointments and on errands, and helped around the house. She always asked if there was more that she could do.
