I was recently prescribed oxygen therapy again a couple of weeks ago and have been struggling with getting updated equipment - a very complicated process . SuperCare had been my provider but I hadn't needed oxygen for quite awhile. Fabiola, SuperCare's excellent customer care rep did outstanding work! She persevered and was finally able to tell me they will be delivering the equipment today (my review delayed so a few days ago now)!! This has been a very trying experience as my existing equipment has been failing. But thanks to her hard work I'll be doing much better. Big Thank you to Fabiola (TonyAnn too as she was always a help when Fabiola wasn't available). You could tell they worked as a team! I must also Thank John and Missy (from the local SuperCare office). There was a hiccup in the delivery but the local office stayed open late to facilitate our picking up the equipment and supplies in person. Rush hour on a Friday notwithstanding! They had us loaded and back on the road in under 45 minutes. Excellent! I'd recommend SuperCare Health based on the expertise we experienced throughout this entire process. read more

I had a deductible amount in Jan 2025. I paid it as soon as I knew on April 9th, 2025. In November, my nebulizer broke and I needed a new one, for two weeks they did not process my order. I needed Nebulizer urgently due to my lung conditions. I spoke to several people including a manager and I was told they have not processed order as I have not paid deductible (that was first time they said, despite I paid on April 9th, 2025). I paid the deductible again on December 5, 2025 as I needed my nebulizer urgently. After going through all records, I realized they charged twice. I called their billing department 3 times without any help. I asked them can I talk to a Manager twice and I am still waiting for a manager's call. After 3 months, I can't take it anymore! I'm joining the large chorus of "one star" clients. If you need respiratory therapy services-- go elsewhere. They are disorganized, sometimes impossible to get a hold of, almost always shunt you around to different agents who ask you the exact same questions after waiting a long time. They are masters of excuses. At worse, they lie about deliveries of equipment. "Supervisors" fail to address issues even after telling you they have. Promised follow-up is just that-- a worthless promise. Today, an appointment for a virtual visit was completely ignored. No patient, especially the elderly and those who have breathing difficulties should have to endure this kind of customer service, particularly from a Medicare provider. read more

My doctor ordered a nebulizer and compressor for my acute lung infection. I heard nothing for three days from Supercare. They apparently called once but did not leave a voicemail. (They claimed they did.) When I finally reached them today through the torment of their ridiculous automated phone line, I had to b transferred and wait again to hear that they could deliver the equipment in three more days. I needed this machine 3 days ago! Terrible service from this provider. I don't write reviews, but others need to know. We have been getting the runaround for 3 weeks - simply trying to schedule equipment delivery. We get vague voicemails. We are told someone will call back, no one does. The delivery date/time is scheduled, no one shows up. Two different people promised they would "personally follow up" and no one has reached out. And now, they have not returned any of our calls for over a week. Our family member is suffering without this equipment. Supercare Health has kind delivery guys, but he didn't give me a full charger and now it's my fault. I'm being blamed for their company's error. I was told that I signed so now it will be out of pocket to get a full charger. The customer care representatives are less than compassionate, understanding, empathetic or sympathetic. They aren't thinking this could be them or their family, so caring is prudent. They don't live with health issues, so why care. I feel so sorry for anyone with a child with health issues, because that's doubled stress. These people don't live with health issues, we as customers/patients do. They blamed me for not receiving the full cord (as if I had control over the matter). I've emailed and called numerous times, the first 3 concentrators were of poor quality and never worked. This one works, but I can only charge it in my car, not in my home. It took six months to even get one, that works properly. I have tried since last October. I had to advocate for myself, they are dismissive. The lack of kindness and care is abysmal. I explained that as a health provider I would never treat my patients in the manner they do. I have also faxed them letters regarding their manner of care. We live with these diseases that alter our lives, these customer representatives may not. Health has no price, but they aren't willing to learn or grow. It's sad that I and many have to suffer because of illogical policies and laziness. This is the worst company I have EVER had the displeasure of doing business with. you place an order but it is never shipped. then the nightmare begins. you try to call the Resupply department but they don't answer. you try to call another department but they can't get Resupply to answer. you spend a great deal of time trying to find out when or if the order will ship. but alas you stay in purgatory. the website is useless as well. keeps telling me that my email address doesn't exist. As a person on oxygen who lives alone. I truly depended on supercare health. Who has always been timely and caring. Has explained to use my equipment. Of course I have to thank Alex because I have woken him up on many occasions. He has always calmed me down and helped me with any issues that I had. I use there non invasive ventilator, concentrator, portable oxygen and etanks. The respiratory therapist are great. One day I wasnt feeling good and could not get to my kitchen. One of them fixed me a sandwich and i was truly grateful. This is what going beyond and above really looks like. I went here on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 to pick up my CPAP machine and have a mask fitting. I was mostly disappointed for a number of reasons: 1. The office was cluttery. The waiting room was the same as the office room, and had five desks for employees and three or four chairs for waiting patients, all crammed in a small room. There were boxes all over and it looked like a storage room, not a medical office. One of the employees chewed gum at his desk, which is unprofessional in a medical office, especially when customers can see you. 2. My appointment was about 30 minutes late, as they were running behind. 3. The Respiratory Therapist (RT) I saw (not going to mention his name) seemed a little more interested in talking to his female intern than providing care. I am not saying anything inappropriate was going on, but when you have a patient, your total focus must be on them. 4. The intern left in the middle of my appointment with me and the RT, saying her shift was done. In my mind, it is rude to leave in the middle of a meeting. If she knew she had to go, she never should have joined the meeting to begin with. It is not professional. It not seem her focus was on the patient. 5. The RT didn't properly fit me for the full face mask. He didn't have me lie down to see if it would leak against a pillow, and didn't check the headgear strapping for fit. He just gave a quick look, and said it looked good. He gave me a Fisher & Paykel Simplus size small, when I needed a large. The mask just barely goes under my lower lip and slips up at night, exposing my mouth. It is supposed to go just below the chin! I also have to undo the crown of the strapping so that the two lower straps go horizontally above and below my ears, and not diagonally. He also believed me when I told him I was a mouth breather. A subsequent sleep study proved I was not, and nasal pillows were prescribed for me, without a chin strap. A good RT would have realized that mouth breathing may not be the case, as obstructive sleep apnea itself, or other reasons, could be causing the mouth breathing; and it would be solved by CPAP. So he should have pushed more for me to try nasal pillows, which would have eliminated the numerous leakage problems I encountered with the full-face mask. [Full disclosure: I had a bad sleep study performed on me before this fitting. The RT there did not try anything but a full-face mask, and decided a size small would be best for me, as it leaked less, even though it didn't fit. This was what was written in the report.] 6. There was not a lot of privacy, as I could here the patient and tech in the room behind a closed door, while waiting; and when I was in the room, I could hear the employees outside talking clearly. 7. I didn't ask too many questions, but the RT seemed rushed at the end, as it was getting late and he had one or two other patients waiting. But it was not my fault that he began our meeting late and was running behind. I have other complaints about the company, but those deal with their main office 800 number customer service, so I will not leave them here, as this review is just about their Fairfield branch office. On the positive side: 1. My RT did explain the supply schedule well with me, and showed me how to use the CPAP machine itself. I was pleased with that part. 2. There was also sufficient parking. 3. They do some early evening appointments, like up to 5:30 PM I think. I wanted to give 2.5 stars, but I can't under the Yelp system, so 2 will have to do. The choice and fitting of the mask was the biggest problem. The other issues are less major, although the office area did not feel like a medical office. read more

Absolute WORST!!! My son needed a wheelchair for his surgery recovery and dealing with Supercare was THE MOST STRESSFUL part. So many phone calls, terrible customer service. Getting it delivered on time took moving mountains, the delivery company dumped a huge heavy box in our driveway and called me to come pick it up. Then the wheelchair was super huge and heavy and didn't fit through doorways. Then to get a replacement they wanted me to box it up and send it back myself. I can't even fit it in my car! I'm a five year customer and until today have been 100% happy with every aspect of their service & products. Today I requested an enchange (Doctors advice) on my CPAP machine , he suspects a calibration issue. SCare tells me I'm not eligible until December of 2018...I'm told to have my doctor write up a request & fax to them. I asked about paying cash? they said no cash & added the warranty ran out already. Terrible service. I called them last Friday, spoke to a service rep. about a hospital bed. Her tone of voice was not pleasant, but here's the main thing: I was told that they shipped to my area, and that they would have a confirmation for me in 24-48 hours. The following Wednesday I called them again to check on progress, and was told that they don't ship beds to my area. No one contacted me to tell me this, I had to find out on my own. read more
