I wanted to scan my packages which I do daily at my own post office and they would not allow me and the supervisor said go back where you come from then. The rudest customer service I EVER experienced. I went to the main office and they allowed me to scan my own package and they indicated they need updated training and better customer service.

Basically was told to keep on waiting. They also said their delivery drivers mess up a lot and mark it as delivered before it's delivered (sometimes days in advance.) If this problem is so common, how about some better training? This is hands down the WORST postal office I've ever used. They don't even tell me where my package is...just "Wait another business day." Absolutely ridiculous. *Update* I ordered a second package. The site said "Delivered at or in mailbox. But 7 hours later it's not at, in around or anywhere near my mailbox. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. After a formal investigation of the first package we found it a day later. They scanned it a day early.
