The employee who assisted me, Dorothy P, was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. Rather than being courteous and professional, she came across as impatient and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I expect much better service from a public institution, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed during my visit.

(Honestly, sadly normal); a package mailed to NL, arriving damaged, & never getting my refund (cost $149 to ship!); lastly, often times only 1 or 2 clerks on duty. Now, sure those are annoying, yet I gave them 5 stars. Well, I believe they deserve it. This PO is by far the friendliest, most helpful, & the clerks are willing to go the extra step to make the customer happy. They have good hours, they normally have all the stamps I have to have. (Yes, I collect.) So, beside my PO back at the APO world, Converse has the best PO in my honest opinion.
