Helped me ship a lot of stuff because I don't have the patience to figure out measurements and packaging and rates. He even offered me a dolly to pick up large packages to take to my car. She found my package and offered to deliver it whenever was convenient. I've used this post office for over 30 years, and whenever I have had an issue (usually with mail holds), it's been addressed and rectified quickly. I've lived in other places in Florida (Jacksonville), and the mail service and help when I've called is HORRIBLE. I've had packages misdelivered to Puerto Rico and and a number of packages never delivered at all. And I've only lived here a few years. Montgomery Village PO compares very, very favorably.
