THE doorbell

I got a message that they couldn't deliver my package so they're holding it at the post office. I literally saw her come to my door and delivered another package. NO MA'AM. The message didn't say what post office it was at so I called to make sure before I went on a wild goose chase and this uncouth mofo picked up the phone and hung up. WHAT?! I'll save you some time. If you're picking up a package go to the blue door and ring that doorbell loud and proud. RING RING MOFOOOOO RING RINGGGGG!!! HIT THAT DOORBELL LIKE A HORN IN I 75/85 TRAFFIC AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR USPS!

Very obvious they didn't want to help their customers. I'd suggest setting up a better system for managing lines.

I already have had it with USPS and I continue to have negative experiences each and every…read moregod-forsaken time I have to visit the interior of one of their poorly-managed locations. Even when I just needed to walk in and drop off a package with the label already taped to the box and ready for shipping, (I learned to use my own tape from a perviously terrible experience at another locations) they still manage a way to spew their venomous "customer service." You'd think I had asked the guy at the counter for volatile chemicals or for the cash register in front of him with his non-verbals and eventual response to my question. "Just put it there. THANKS." Not to mention his assumptive and drill sergeant demeanor with the other poor customers in line. The search continues. Is there a friendly USPS location still left in the world?

Extremely rude, denied me service and wouldn't tell me why. I needed to drop packages off that…read morerequired a receipt, and the lady behind the counter refused to accept them. I had to then spend even more time making a phone call to get authorization to drop them in the box without a receipt. She clearly didn't want to be there, she was miserable. I didn't even get a "hello" out before she was turning me away.

Hmm, a post office that doesn't make you want to drink bleach? This might just be it! Or skimming…read morethe other reviews, maybe I really just lucked out.  This wee post office in Sage Hill kind of flies under the radar, but I'm glad it's around. It's not open Saturdays, and there's no automated postal machine in the lobby. Apparently this location is closed from 12:30-1:30 for lunch. It's at the short end of the Kroger shopping center, closest to Briarcliff and next to a barber shop.  I was pleased that the helpful and patient employee was masked up, gloved, and stationed behind a flexible sturdy sheet of clear plastic. And the other few patrons were keeping their distances too.  But regarding the USPS in general, unfortunately shipping seems even slower and even more expensive now. It might be wise to hop on the USPS website to get a rough idea of how much you'll be spending to mail out your parcels.

I went to mail a package today. I purchased a label through Click-N-Ship but did not realize that…read moreit would not generate a QR code. I asked the clerk if there was a way to create the QR code from the tracking information I just purchased. She said there was not. I stepped to the side to try to figure out how to purchase a new label with a QR code while the clerk assisted other customers. I was unable to get the online format to work on my phone, so I got back in line to have the package I was mailing weighed and purchase a shipping label at the desk. When I handed the package to the clerk she placed it on the scale and again asked for a QR code. I said I do not have one because it would not let me purchase one with a QR code online. I said that I have the address I am mailing to and would like to weigh the package and purchase a label at the desk. She put my package back on the desk in front of me and said she can't ship without a QR code. Again I said, I would like to just purchase a new label here. (USPS.com states that you are able to weigh and generate a label with the clerk if you do not have access to a printer.) She then proceeded to stick the package in my face and speak in a very condescending, raised tone of voice, saying, "You just handed me a blank package. How am I supposed to ship a blank package with no QR code?" At that point I stated that there was no reason to be rude to me, and I left the establishment. There was a gentleman behind me in line who witnessed the entire interaction and approached me in my car afterward to ask me if there was anyway he could help. After he left, the woman served one more customer (a cop who came out smiling, so clearly she knew better than to shout at him) and then proceeded to lock the building doors two minutes before closing. It became very evident that she simply did not want to assist me because she wanted to close the building early despite me arriving 20 minutes before closing. I ended up going to UPS to mail my package, and they informed me that USPS is able to print at the desk with the clerk and that the postal service worker had no reason to deny me service. This was all very discouraging, and I lost money due to having to purchase multiple labels. This is the second time I have gone to a USPS location in the general area and have been spoken to either in a shouting or condescending tone by the clerks. This clerk that I am reporting is a black woman with short/bald hair in her forties. I did not get her name as the entire situation was very distressing with her shouting at me especially with other customers witnessing the interaction and agreeing that it was very out of line and also a lie that she could not service me. Given the other negative reviews, it would be apt for her to be fired. I doubt she'll even receive a citation.
