No matter the circumstance, you determine your attitude and the majority of them are just trash. 99% of these staff that I've dealt with have the saltiest attitude like we're burdening them on just picking up my package. The other 1% are friendly and decent people just trying to do their best and/or are slow moving like a sloth. It's bad enough that we have missing mail issues or wrong delivery locations in our neighborhood, now I gotta deal with these bums. I don't understand why they don't use the lockers like they normally do. Every time I come, there's 1-2 staff workers with 20+ people in line. We had passport appointments set and they'd cancel without notification. I wish this wasn't the main post office in Bryan, otherwise many of us would not come here. He starts by passive aggressively insisting that the packaging I had brought would not be appropriate, and says that I must put it in $6 shipping that they provide. Keep in mind I had asked the company and they said the box it came in would do. He kept saying my package would be ruined and it wouldn't be his fault. Those statements are fine they are his opinions, but the way he said it was extremely demeaning and rude. He then proceeds to take a call from what I pressume is his wife, and ignores my questions. Since I can understand and speak Spanish it was something about home repairs. And even though I understand personal matters arising, it is not an appropriate time to take a call in front of a customer and then proceed to ignore them. When they are literally paying for a service. Lastly when I asked if the box would be taped, he just kept saying your box is going to be ruined, its going to be ruined, and its not my fault. This experience is enough for me never to willingly go back to this UPS store, and speaks negatively on the quality expectations for UPS's customer service/employment decisions.

The one lady was absolutely horrific and rude as she told me I didnt do it right and she needed to separate one of the returns. I explained to here okay that's fine, we can just take the items out and do the method of "drop off" where they scan the QR code and they package it themselves. But Noooo because I brought them in the store with a pre packed label she refused to help me and told me I would now have to PAY because she repackaged mine in a UPS sack (they do that for all returns that come unpacked anyways)!! This store is an absolute mess. Every single person in front of my had and issue too. The same horrible girl overcharged a guy that said he comes here every week and sends out the same package and it was nearly double what he normally pays. Conclusion: If you want to get ripped off and charged extra for anything (even FREE Amazon returns), come here! You might even get talked down to and receive no help whatsoever.

We go to this Post Office almost every Saturday and we can count on them opening real early so we can drop off our packages and get on with our day. They do close at 9am so be sure to come. I was greeted by a wonderful older women who was happy to help me. I told her I needed to get my cards hand cancelled, but I would be happy to pay for her time or even do it myself. She proceeded with no issues until her supervisor, Christabelle Garcia heard our converstation. Christabelle told me they would be refusing to hand cancel my cards, and that all USPS locations stopped hand cancelling mail. I told her that I had been at a USPS location the day before to confirm that all I needed to ask for was hand cancelling. She told me they would not help me and my cards would be sent to Houston and mailed from there. I informed Christabelle that I was aware she was lying and she had nothing to say. After leaving the post office I filed a report against her for fraud, lying and manipulation with the USPS Inspector Generals Office. I hope they do their due diligence and fire this woman. Her behavior is disgusting and she deserves to be punished, if not fired for her nastiness. She made it clear that she was the boss and there was no way anyone would stop her from lying and treating people like garbage. I cant imagine being such a disappointment of a human being- especially with Christ in her name. She should be ashamed of herself.
