This is literally the worst Staffing Agency. You send hundreds of emails and voicemails, they all get ignored. They do not take any type of responsibility for their own actions. They'll say anything just to get you off of the phone and will never get back to you. They will even forget about you if you don't reach out to them. read more

Horrible Agency to work for. Never have your pay correct , even if you put in for direct deposit they mail you a check. Once you have established direct deposit they want to mail you a check because they didn't get your timesheet on time from their client. Always have excuses not to get my pay on time. Also change your rate for different assignments instead of sticking to the rate told to me originally when interviewed and was advertised of $20/hr. Stay away for this Agency! Do not follow the DOL rules and laws on Rate of pay or weekly pay guidelines! read more

Yet, they continue to run their ad on Indeed. They do not respect nurses who are on the frontlines risking our lives during a pandemi. After verbally accepting a contract, and starting my assignment, after 3 days Morgan called me and said that the rate wasn't approved by the hospital because there's no longer a crisis need and they would not be honoring the agreed upon rate. It was like a take it or leave it. It was a classic bait and switch. The worst part came from Marquita Mathis who is supposed to be in charge which is quite hilarious. Marquita's text communications with me was disrespectful, and unprofessional. Her communication with nurses shows that she lacks business skills, empathy, and problem solving. Marquita doesn't know how to apologize without being condescending and immature. When I expressed how I felt about their attempt to decrease my rate, she referred to me in a text as "miserable and unhappy" and also responded with "blah, blah, blah" and suggested that I share my reviews about the company on the internet. I received a phone call from william Molnar I was called multiple times from him and I felt harassed and targeted as he was speaking in a very unprofessional tone. He called multiple times relentlessly even when I told him I was at work, working with the child I couldn't talk or explain about my situation and later when I was driving. He called again and hung up on me while I was still speaking to him and apologizing for the miscommunication. He later called again and pursued screaming at me with such a demeaning tone. Demanding that I should email him informing him that I'm leaving work. It was not my plan, nor my goal to quit in the present moment as I stated previously that I was waiting for my doctor's advice. However, after the multiple calls I felt very targeted after William Molnar ​stated that he didn't understand what I was saying " He kept insisting that he doesn't understand me due to the language barrier" He did not to understand what I was trying to explain, nor did he even want to hear anything I was trying to tell him.This made me feel less of a person due to my background. In addition, He also informed the school to not let me work despite the fact that I informed him that on 03/23 will be my last working day. I emailed his supervisor explaining the situation and I attached my cell phone log to show how many times he called harassing me aside to the calls that was erased because I blocked his number. But without a response until today. Due to the unprofessionalism of William Molnar, I elected to resign. And I filed a complaint with NYC Commission On Human Rights. I will go for my rightsI as a human who deserves respect. read more

Steer clear of this agency, they will call you in for an "interview" and have you fill out hundreds of forms and give them all your personal information and then never answer your calls or emails ever again!! When I finally was lucky enough to get Tori on the phone she had no explanation for why she had not responded to me and just said that she would call when there was an opportunity. I won't hold my breath. Before coming in for my interview she told me they had plenty of jobs for my skill set constantly coming in, this was a lie to get me to come in for an interview and get her commission. Once you come in for an interview the recruiter gets their commission and you will never get a job. Complete waste of time. read more

Terrible agency! They claim to have jobs, then send you on assignment, then the supervisor changes the hours, when you can't comply they claim they don't need you. Then the agency makes you pay them back for the bloodwork and physical. They never even told me how much I was getting paid. Never using an agency again. read more

I worked for them for three years. I asked to be reassigned once I realized that my assignment had no intentions of hiring me even thought I was told this was a temp to perm. I was told by the person in charge that I was paid the most at my job and that I should be grateful. Three years I worked for these people with not 1 day of paid vacation. Not one complaint. I found a job on my own. I'd never work for these people again. Rude and have no problem using you to get paid. read more

We all here/see a lot of information about Nursing "Agencies." Nurses and health care employees in the USA have never been more over-worked, under appreciated, micromanaged, short-staffed, blamed for everything and with one of the lowest (if not lowest) wage-increase scenarios. Many seasoned and new nurses are leaving the bedside, going part time, per diem & utilizing Agencies. The last thing any health care worker needs in this current working culture is an agency that either in part, or in all ways, adds to the chaos and frustrations. USS is NOT one of "Those" agencies. Great recruiters (Thanks, Danielle Pizzirusso); Great Educators (Thanks, Ginger Simpson & Desiree Page) and Thanks, 24/7 phone support coverers - Emily and Alice & Mona. Not only is USS professional & prompt - they made everything a pleasure: On-boarding, Reimbursement for orientation - after 7 completed shifts. (only had to 'remind' Agency/payroll one extra time for reimbursement.); Assoc.Director / Recruiter - Danielle P never once hassled me when I could / could not provide something exactly as requested. They should change their name to: "USFS" (United Staffing FLEXIBLE Solutions). USS's hourly-rate for School Nurses in NYC and other supplemental workers is comparable / competitive. As we are all in need of consistent wage increases due to the rapidly increasing C.O.L vs fair wages - I am certain that USS (as ALL agencies must) will follow suit with hourly wage increase with upcoming School season. Again, thanks to all and a really loud 'shout-out' to USS Nurse Educator: "Ginger Simpson.' Ginger (along with Desiree) are beyond well-skilled/trained - They are the nicest, calmest, down-to-earth people. They were/are 'ARTISTS' when it comes to educating/precepting. Last and def. NOT least - my very first school assignment was so enjoyable (loved those little munchkins), but as life sometimes goes - I got dumped-on by a principal with a major lack of Inter-Personal-Communication skills. I had to transfer to a different school, age-group and commute. What made ALL the difference was USS and all staff; They ALL had my back. When starting out and if something unfair happens (like my initial situation) or even if it's just a good old fashioned: 'Bad-Fit" - TRUST USS!
