No unique taste or add on to make it different. Salmon- I picked a fish from the display for them to cook and the fish was cooked well. However, the piece of lettuce with Parmesan and those croquettes underneath did not complement the salmon at all. It looked like an after thought. Produce are fresh and the affable staff are passionate about their offering. For our tartare, there was the most conventional choices of salmon and tuna, but we decided to try a salmon trout and it turned out to be delicious and a bit different choice. You could taste the freshness and high quality at every bite. The also have a good variety of oysters to choose from and the prices are good. They also offer ready to eat cooked meals that we haven't tried but it did look very good. If you want to have a personalize service in a place that sell high quality fish and seafood at good prices then this place is for you! What's not to like?
