When asked why the oranges were not good at all, was informed they're Egyptian grown and sub par. When asked why not, as in the past, import Jaffa oranges (btw grown by both Arab and Jewish Israelis) was told new owners say if the product is from Israel, they won't buy it. Very disturbing to know that this place will not procure the best fruit and/or vegetables if it's produced in Israel. There is a mix of produce, from what you can find in the supermarkets (same packaging etc) to a lot of produce from local farms which was lovely to see. For me, what stood out the most was the large selection of local honey - I have found it difficult to find this in shops/supermarkets but this market has a good variety of honey from different flowers and farms. I also noticed that the market is open until late, ideal for students and locals in the area!

For those searching Mexican products you can find pickled nopales (cactus), canned refried beans, green and red salsas, Valentina, and mole Doña María. I do find the tortilla quality here much better than many other grocery stores in this side of Mont-Royal. They do not have a that INSANE wide-range of Mexican products, but it is on spot. Staff is super friendly, and their opening hours are fantastic. I also recommend this place to shop during the pandemic. There are never crowded, and cashiers are very efficient.
