However, when it comes to Mark Brady, I cannot recommend anyone else with higher regard. Mark is a true carpenter and has done a variety of work around my house: ripped out old carpet, installed premium grade tiles, installed a beat board for my kitchen bar, and painted various areas throughout the house. We went with Mark based on the previous yelp reviews. He took the extra time to do the job right. Mark takes the time to finish the details. Not mention that he is reasonably priced! Our project grew bigger as time progressed because I trusted them and we ended up adding a new roof and roof design too. Keith was honest in saying the work wouldn't start for months but living in the "slower, lower" peninsula here, it was not unexpected. The project did take a little longer to complete than we expected, but we had 2 project managers leave Clarksville during our project. However, Keith and Andrew Heath stepped up their game to fill in. Their field technicians like Keith Lockerman and Donnie, were a pleasure to work with and their experience led to some ideas we hadn't considered when particulars to the project came up. Clarksville also chose some good subcontractors! The man who put on our new metal roof was a skilled craftsman. We get many compliments on it from the neighbors. And the man who did our framing was very organized, one could tell he took great care in his work. We feel our project was money well spent. Thanks!

They've repeatedly trash talked my insurance company, terrifying me by implying that my house is going to sit in disrepair and be unlivable like another house nearby. They neglected to mention that the house they are referring to has structural damage and isn't at all like my house. They're just fear mongering and trying to whip me into a panic. It's awful to do that to a single parent who is just trying to get back to normal. Use another company if you want a job well done by people you can trust.

It is now 10-23-26 and our condo is not yet done. We have been down here (traveling from Pa) twice this month for walk- thrus and they couldn't happen because there is still work to be done. We were told the kitchen back splash would be done when we arrived yesterday. It was not. It was supposed to be done the last two weeks. This morning we were told the back splash was being picked up and they would be here. today. Again, nothing happened. We have been strung along 8 3/4 months with no end in sight. Emails and calls are not always returned. We have no updates unless we call and they are not always cordial. We contacted 3 different people today about the backsplash with no response. Promises have been made and broken. There contract has been broken by them more than once. Especiallyl the part saying they have on or about 90 business days to complete the job. There are no repercussions for them not doing the work. Nothing I say or do gets them to DO THEIR JOB. Some of the work is shoddy. ( I have lots of pictures). Wrong items have been ordered and put in. They mismeasured kitchen cabinets causing an insurance delay. My doors and windows have been left unlocked. My refrigerator was unplugged by them and food was left to rot. We still have no garage door opener. They still have some of their junk in our garage. We have no kitchen backsplash. We still have a hole in the wall in our bathroom. We have a hole in the living room where something with the fire system needs put in. The sprinklers need covered. Paint and corners need touched up. Closet doors need adjusted. etc. It will soon be 9 months. I am totally disappointed in the work ethic of this company. It was a huge mistake to hire them. I have been told countless times that we need "put on the list". Maybe this review will finally get me on the list.
