Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes. Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.

The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time. When I saw I had no water inside the house I called them because I wasn't sure what had caused it to shut down. They came and he said he would run a diagnostic which may I involve removing the pipes etc. but at the first try, he realized that the faucet just needed a bit more turn to open it (I hadn't tried) and he just opened the faucet and then water was restored in the house.  I thought for sure he would understand that it was not a diagnostic he performed and would not charge the full fee, but he (and the managers) insisted that even touching the faucet was $165. A complete rip off. I wish I had checked their reviews first. They have terrible reviews and now I know why.
