Each step toward that certificate was explained fully to me. This company does it right the first time, working smart and hard. I only have positive things to say about Jon and his company. He kept me informed of each phase as he dealt with getting rid of the water damage, mold growth and all of the mess. At the end, my home was spotless, mold free and sanitized. Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work. Thomas' demeanor and thoughtfulness kept us calm and reassured, which felt as important as the work he and his partner did. The promptly gathered up all soiled surfaces and properly bag and boxed for bio hazard disposal. They then provided deep decontamination and cleaning of all adjacent surfaces with care. I would highly recommend them to anyone who find them selves in a similar situation. Based on their delivered services their cost were reasonable. I hope I never have the need for their services again, but if I do I have no hesitation to hire them again.
