They cleaned areas we didn't even consider and took pictures before and during the process that they sent to us for our records. They even found and cleaned a ton of dog hair from the dishwasher drain. The master bedroom closet wire shelves had black caked on grime, when they were finished cleaning they looked new again. We had two ladies come to clean our condo a couple weeks ago. It was also $20 more than the price we were quoted via text message, but overall they did a good job. My partner spoke with the owner and arranged bi-weekly cleanings at a slightly lower price. We asked that they come every other Thursday in the afternoon. Today, we found out less than 24 hours in advance that they can't come tomorrow afternoon and were told they would be here around 10-11am instead. This is not what we asked for, so we had to cancel. It's also the second time (out of 2) that we have had scheduling issues with this company. The first time we requested a morning cleaning and they said they had to come in the afternoon because we didn't confirm their phone call after already confirming via text message. Some of the other reviews indicate similar problems with scheduling, so we decided to go with another company that can accommodate our needs.

Well, it cannot be pressure cleaned but it can be no-pressure washed with a chlorine like chemical. My roof is clean now but there were a lot more shingle pebbles that came down through my gutters than what I expected. There are also more that come down with each rain storm. I don't seem to have any problems with the quality of of the work done and I would definitely call this company again. They gave a good estimate and were able to be paid easily. The whole cleaning took only a few hours and it also did not bother any of my landscape. They are licensed and insured which is important when someone climbs on the roof and is working with water and electricity.

I was charged $2500 to pick up the travertine on my patio, cut out the tree roots underneath, and re-lay them accurately and evenly. What they tried to do was pick up only half the tiles and leave the rest as they were laid eight years ago I had to have them call the owner to ensure that they do the work as contracted for. I also had to watch the two laborers constantly to ensure the work was done correctly. All they spent was five hours on my patio to which some of them are already uneven. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE. THE WORST I EVER DEALT WITH.
